This is written by Jackie Hughes..What a wild couple of days it has been at my house first I wanted to change my tap in the kitchen so I get Dwayne Eastman of Eastman water soluitons here in Belleville the main water pipe breaks on him and he knew exactly what to do the pipes in my house we're so old they don't even make the piece he needed anymore but you know what he is such an amazing plumber and knows his business he knew what to to get things up and running I now have a working new tap and no leaks Dwayne Eastman is the man to get for any work that needs to be done and pricing he is the best . Dwayne knows his stuff. We had very little water pressure, right from the start, he reassured us it was our pressure tank, and he was correct. He quoted me a price, the job was long and very difficult because of the way the old tank was previously installed, but him and his helper Dave stuck to it all afternoon, and by the time they finished, we had the best water pressure we have ever had! He didn't charge any extra for his hard work. I recommend him, and have already told some people about him, and will use him all the time now for our water and plumbing needs. Thanks Dwayne.

Been with this company about 5 years and the system is great. Customer service - terrible. So bad we'll be finding a new supplier.The technicians showed up 3 hours late - no phone call, and no way to reach the office because apparently the voice mail wasn't working (what??)According to the technician, there was a water emergency at our scheduled time. Apparently it was such a bad emergency that one of the two technicians onsite couldn't take two minutes to make a courtesy phone call.They showed up as we were leaving for a specialist's at the hospital and expressed frustration that we wouldn't stay so they could do the service call. I'm not sure why their 3 hour delay meant we should miss our specialist appointment.I'm also not sure why we were expected to accept the technician's rudeness when we said we would need to reschedule. His exact words were, I'm not driving back here to change water filters". Tone

when they were up and running, they were great.. but out of the blue, they went out of business with no notification/letter. i had to find out with a sign on the door when i went to get refills, made a call, and told me to call back another time..since then never got ahold of them. still have not got my refund.

We just picked up 2 bottles of water and honestly it tastes like chlorinated city water. You can smell the chlorine. We are not pleased.

New location in fantastic. Dwayne is very knowledgeable and professional. He won't install or sell you anything you don't need and fully supports what he sells. I've been dealing with him for years and I won't go anywhere else. Period.

Dwayne and Dan went above and beyond duty to make sure we had good water and a good supply of water before they left our house.They worked very hard all day and didn't leave until 7pm to make sure everything ran right.I would highly recommend this company for all your water problems.Their service was outstanding.Thanks again boys!

These are very nice people who treat their customers very well. Every time I have gone or a family member we enjoy a quick chat with the lady behind the counter. We used to be able to visit with their new puppy but I assume based on his size that he is better suited at home where he can run. I enjoy spending my money at this business because I feel they appreciate local support. Also, they are more than willing and happy to help carry the jugs to my car which is very much appreciated. Thank you for you're service and I hope you stay in business for a very long time.
