The atmosphere is great at this location. The food and drink came out fast, the spinach dip is second to none. Our server Elysa was great with very positive energy. Very attentive in ensuring our orders were correct. Will definitely be returning.

I stopped into Kelsey’s Bolton after a long day of shopping and running around, I just wanted to relax and have some me time. I was greeted by a very sweet blonde server with a beautiful smile. She sat me at a booth which was nice and clean. I then had my server Lauren, greet me with a beautiful smile and an uplifting spirit, which was very nice after the day I had. She was very attentive and checked in on me numerous times to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was good and the atmosphere was a bit loud. Parents should not let there kids run around a restaurant, it’s dangerous not to mention disrespectful for the rest of the guests. Lauren made up for it by being an awesome server. Thank you, I will be sure to send my family and friends in and recommend Lauren as their server.

Had a wonderful evening at Kelsey’s Bolton. The food was perfectly done. I do recommend the spinach dip. Was Definitely a great recommendation by our lovely server Aliya who was also a very good host for our table. She ensured we had all our food and drinks and came back to check up on all of us. We enjoyed our amazing service and food and do recommend visiting Kelsey’s Bolton!

This location is very good. I had the server Elysa and she insured that my allergy was well taken care of and that I enjoyed every part of my meal. She was also very good at recommending different things when I was having troubles deciding. I will definitely be back to the Kelsey’s in Bolton 10/10 would eat there again

Waitress was nice.The sweet potato fries was so greasy I almost burned my house down when heating it up with the air fryer. You can't see it in the picture but most of the oil dripped down to the heating elements already.

Elysa did an amazing job with our allergy family. She verified our order with the kitchen and communicated with us in a way that made everyone feel safe, despite our multiple life-threatening food-based allergies. She was also kind and helpful throughout. We enjoyed our meal and our Little one was safe.

My family and I stopped in for a bite to eat while we were on our way through Bolton. Our overall experience was great! Our server, Jenn, was excellent. She was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Well I wish I could leave a positive review about the food but unfortunately it didn't get that far. My husband and I tried to have dinner at this location but it's hard to have dinner when no one acknowledged our presence. After about 10 minutes of no one coming to greet us we decided to leave. We understand when it's busy but at least say hello and offer to bring us a drink. I work in the restaurant industry and cannot understand not greeting your customers.

It was a hazy night on June 30rd 2023. The tractor pull was in town, the weather was nice and everyone was having a good time.I walked into Kelsey’s after having a long day and was immediately greeted by the staff and was seated at my table. I won’t lie, things weren’t exactly going my way as of late. However, my day was completely turned around by my server Lauren. She was very kind, caring and made a tasty recommendation!Lauren helped me realize that life is truly wonderful.I will definitely KelSEE the staff in the near future!
