So badBIG ZERO starVery dirty clinc and when she called me for booking appointment , I told her my son’s health card is expired and I have to renew it ,But she told me no need for renewal and it’s still working until the end of the month.When I went to the clinic she told me no it’s not valid and you have to pay 190$ right now!!And when you give me valid health card by the end of TODAY AT 3:30pm(IN PERSON) I will give the money back to you !!When I agreed she told me your appointment time is gone and I will reschedule at 1 pm !!Which I was so frustrated how I will do my son’s allergy test 1 pm and go to service Ontario to renew his health card and go back before 3:30pm to take the money back or otherwise NO REIMBURSEMENT !!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The front receptionists and Dr. Kobayaa were amazing when I had to take in my 6 year old daughter for an environmental allergy test. Unfortunately, the first nurse that came into the room was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. My 6 year old has recently become terrified of needles and was so scared to get the allergy test done. Even though everyone assured her it would only be like a 'pencil scratch'. This nurse made a comment about how skinny my daughter is and saying she was lucky because a lot of people don't want to be fat. This is not a professional statement that ANY nurse should be saying as my daughter already feels like she is too skinny. After my daughter was too scared to get the allergy procedure, this nurse lost patience and told my daughter not to be a 'baby' and left the room. I was HIGHLY disappointed in this nurse's behavior and I hope she learns some professional behavior for a Canadian office. The second nurse who came in to to the procedure was patient and amazing to my 6 year old - she was a breath of fresh air.Overall it was a good experience but that one nurse definitely left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Update 2022-04-14:They have been much more responsive with phone calls to reschedule as needed and I now receive appointment reminder emails.Thank you for improving!Original message:Phone is often not accepting calls or goes straight to voice mail. Also it would be nice to get confirmation emails for appointments so there are no mix ups...

Wonderful experience with Dandelion allergy center. Dr. Peter and staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Peter takes time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options and ensures that I fully understand the healthcare provided. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I was surprise by all the medicine and tests Dr. Peter recommended on my first visit. He really tackled all my symptoms related to my allergy and my asthma. Thank you.

The staff were curt and short .My appointment was rushed.After having a life of allergy suffering was basically told I don't have allergy and didn't react to anything.No explanation nothing.The nurse who did my test just dabbed with the samples then wiped.Definitely asking for another referralFor an experienced clinic.

I'm new to the clinic and have been a life-long allergy sufferer. I recently asked my family doctor for a referral to a specialist as I got tired of taking OTC / prescription meds to alleviate my systems. When I met Dr Hazar Kobayya @ the Dandelion Allergy Centre, I found her to be very professional and efficient. After getting the initial battery of questionnaires and then the skin test, she presented my options and explained each in detail, so I could make an informed decision. Dr Kobayya is very knowledgeable and personable in her manner. The office staff were very efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially Rima! She makes the process of getting the allergy shots effortless & smooth. I look forward to working with this team of professionals, in my quest to be allergy free!

I took my appointment so early, friendly staff they are professional. They explained the allergy process step by step, i felt like i'm very well treated.Specially the Dr. Highly recommended She prescribed a medicine for me now I'm better I can breathe well too

What a beautiful new and clean clinic. The staff is wonderful Hiba the receptionist was super friendly with my son. Rima the doctor’s assistant was so gentle and friendly with my son he didn’t get scared at all. Dr. Kobayaa was also great and very thorough in explaining the dangers of my son’s new seafood and shellfish allergy and how to deal with an emergency if it were to arise. All in all a very caring and thorough team that made my experience seamless.

I visited to have an allergy test done for my sister. The nurse, Rima, was quick to attend to us and explained thoroughly the procedure prior to beginning. Dr. Kobayaa explained the allergies my sister had, clarified her doubts and made sure all our needs were met during our visit.Overall, we had an efficient and ideal experience at the Dandelion Allergy Centre. I highly recommend visiting them!

Very hard to reach out on Phone. I have been waiting for my son's follow up but there is no time given as to when doctor will call. You could be driving or away from phone and miss it. It happened twice with us when all of a sudden we see a missed call from No Caller ID. Our family doctor always mention time slot when the call will be given by doctor and that makes sure we are close to our phone. No response via email, their office is not receiving call either. Its frustrating!!!
