Walters Home Inspection LLC

There was recently an inspection done at a house I was selling, the inspector stated that the furnace needed to be repaired or replaced. So after inspection we contacted the warranty company to have them replace or repair the furnace. Once the contractor arrived he stated that the furnace switch was shut off and gas to furnace was shut off thats why the furnace was not working. The inspector did his job poorly and assume it needed to be repaired or replaced when it was just shut off. So we spent $100 for the heating and cooling company to come out for nothing and I could've easily turn the switch furnace on and light the pilot myself.

I have used this business in a professional capacity for 8 years. I am always happy when I see that they have booked Al as their inspector. I even hired him to inspect my own home!

When I asked my friends for referrals for a inspection they all just so happen to use Mr. Walter. They had to clue and neither did I but I recall them all being happy with their inspector. So I knew I would hiring Mr. Walter to complete my inspection.Mr. Walter was very easy to talk and understand. I felt comfortable asking as many questions without feeling like I was frustrating him.
