Google should introduce Negative ratings for company like these.

Such a slow brokerage,Didn’t even forwarded the documents for a dry load to the customs even after 4 hrs of submission.

I thought Livingston is Worst, but Expeditors are worse than anyone else. I have emailed them ppw 3times and when I called, they said they did not receive it. When I asked them to check their email, the lady told me, I don't know what to tell you, but you must resend the ppw. How many times they want us to send the ppw?? Where does the email go when I already did it 3 times?? It took them 14hrs to clear the shipment.

If you havent yet meet with the worst out there use expeditors. They should be sued just because they use the name of expeditors when they are actually nothing but a joke lol

Sent paperwork 24 hours+ and not be clear is just awful.They are claiming not received, but they are LAYING big time.Zero star would be good mark for them.Please share and try to alert shippers not to use this company.

They are everything wrong of a customs broker. Absolute pain to work with

did not pay driver for waiting time stuck over 10 hours then change plan for driver load cancelled re-delivery but did not pay us for the delivery charges after they made us promisenot good

No respect for Time. Will take hours to clear a shipment. Google should allow negative stars, They will be at the bottom of list. Don't under how come this is a Worldwide company.

THIS BROKER IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 15 YEARS IN TRUCKING - OUR DRIVER WAS AT THE BORDER AND WAITED FOR 7 HOURS .I CALL THE AGENTS FROM 11 PM TO 5 PM AND BEGGED FOR FOR LIFE TO CLEAR THIS ORDER - THERE WAS IN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPER THEY SAID DUE TO ACCOUNT.WE OFFERED TO PAY THE SHIPPERS BILL IN FULL IN ORDER TO GET THIS DRIVER HOME DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY - HIS 64 YEAR OLD WIFE WAS SENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND HE NEEDED TO BE THERE WITH HER. THE MANAGER CALLED BACK FROM TORONTO OFFICE AT 5 PM SAID - NO WAY NOT UNTIL THE SHIPPER PAY THE BILL TRUE THE BANK - WELL ITS 5 PM DURING COVID 19 AND ALL BANKS CLOSE AT 3 PM .WHAT KING OF A COMPANY LEAVES A HUMAN BEING STUCK AT THE BORDER ON A FRIDAY OF A LONG WEEKEND DURING A PANDEMIC WITH A LOVE ONE IN THE HOSPITAL.DO NOT USE THIS BROKER IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY
