Highly recommend Waterloo Express - easy to book, great communication with Al, very nice clean vehicle, nice ride! Al was flexible when I had to make a few changes with the booking and the whole experience was great! We booked the Mercedes van to go to/from Toronto for a Jay’s game and will definitely book again with Waterloo Express in the future

Nabatech communications had a fantastic experience with Waterloo Express. We were picked up from 0ur office and taken to our golf tournament .Our driver was great, he even provided us with some comic relief. This company is very highly recommended for transport to any function safely.

Truly great service from Al and Waterloo Express. Was patient and flexible when he realized we had extra time between wedding events but hadn't fully planned driver coverage, he checked his scheduled and offered to stay and help because he had enough time between. Really thoughtful and professional. Would highly recommend.

We hired Waterloo Express for our shuttle between the hotel and our wedding venue and our guests loved the service. The drivers were very polite and friendly. The only delays were from Cambridge rush hour traffic, which I'm sure caused they poor driver more stress than necessary. One of the many reasons we picked Waterloo Express was because of how responsive they were when we were reaching out to vendors. Other vendors left us hanging for weeks while these guys were getting back to us asap. They were also flexible with the payment terms if we needed it. Thank you for the awesome service!

We used Waterloo Express Sept 15, 2018. My now husband surprised me with this Limo company. They were on time to pick us up, on time to bring us back to our hotel, super nice and awesome to work with. They made me feel like a princess. I highly reccomend using this company!
