I have never seen such rude, disrespectful cashiers as the ones I dealt with here today. My cashier was ringing up my package of 18 eggs and began waving it around like it was toilet paper!! The lid of the carton had come up and I feared she would break them all. I asked her if she could please be more careful, after all these are eggs, and she rudely responded that if she broke them she would get me a new box and proceeded to do the same with my other eggs!!! There was another cashier standing next to her, a colleague, and they both laughed right in my face. She refused to give me her name and they both said in unison that they did not have to give me their names. When I said, how would I be able to report you, she said, you don't! Incredible! When I asked for the store manager, a young man approached and he was clearly a friend and started laughing and saying to the cashier what did you do now" and glared at me the whole time I waited for the manager who shared they do not give their employees name tags

Most of the time flyer items are Out of stock" early in the morning. Lots of vegetables are not fresh. I used to shop at No Frills for years in a different location

It's definitely a different breed. The cashier that was training the new employee was rude. Not in proper uniform. This sets a great example. To top it off, the person in the cash office was no better. The franchise owner sure knows how to pick his employees, and the union should be ashamed of itself for having members like this. Nothing surprises me about any loblaws franchise.

Store is organized and clean and easy to shop at however be aware that many items are expired. Harvest cereal box and strawberry yogurt was expired.

Decent No Frills location. Organized and clean. Sadly the cashier was so rude to one elderly couple. They assumed one of the products had discount on it but apparently it didn’t, so instead of clarifying, the cashier started to give them attitude for misunderstanding. Management should train them better to treat people with patience. Will avoid this location at all cost and will also recommend others to avoid.

A little smaller than other grocery stores but I almost always find what I need. There is a good amount of space so you aren't always bumping into people and the aisles don't feel crammed. I really like this location.

The service here is just horrible! One of the workers started yelling because I took an item out of a cart and left it on the side.Perhaps I should have walked back to isle with my full cart but there was a nicer way of saying it. Since he worked there he could have offered to take it back. Instead he started yelling about how hard they work. Somebody should tell this guy that customers are the reason he has a job. Tried calling the manager and she looked like a scared kid. No frills should be doing better. I understand it’s “no frills” but yelling at customers is unacceptable. Maybe this grumpy man needs to retire. Horrible place to shop.

Yes it’s a small store but there’s no selection, expensive in comparison to other no frills and they price match maybe three stores. I only go when I’m desperate but I always end up leave dissatisfied.

Dear Mike,I had a terrible experience visiting your location. The overall attitude received by your check out teller was horrible. Don't know what was going on or what I did, but I didn't deserve the attitude. It was a simple check out proceed as I have done 1000s of times in many grocery stores.
