Vimy Bridge Animal Hospital

We love Vimy Bridge Animal Hospital! But more importantly, our 10 month old puppy does too! He actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and then pulls us right to the door. All the staff are amazing and so friendly, treating our dog like he's one of their own. We know our pup is in good hands and that we are receiving competitive pricing. Would highly recommend!

I recently moved from downtown Ottawa and I was worried about finding a great vet for my cat in the new neighborhood. The moment I saw Dr. Julia, my worries went away. She took the time to research information about my specific cat breed, was thorough in the exam, answered every questioned asked with care, and made me feel confident in my choice of going to Vimy Bridge Animal Hospital. I'm really looking forward to seeing her again (even if my cat isn't lol).

Incredibly kind and helpful staff who helped our old guy feel better. Dr. Blanco called us after hours with test results and was very informative and warm. Such a great experience!

Most incredible care ever. In an emergency the staff dr sat with me and my puppy taking vitals as needed until our ride arrived, other staff waited with my daughter outside for the ride…They called and emailed to check on us repeatedly.Lent us a kitty litter box to hold the dog immobilized until we went to the other emergency hospital (Alta vista WHICH WAS HOOOOOORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THERE PLS AND KEEP YOUR BELOVED DOGS FROM THERE PLS).This place cares on the regular, checks up/follows up, prices are fair, hours and availability is great, staff is amazing & clean.I could not recommend this clinic enough!! 5stars!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our two cats have been under the care of Vimy Bridge Animal Hospital for a few years now. The staff are always friendly, appointments start on time, the clinic is immaculately clean, and everyone there are clearly animal lovers and care deeply for the pets they see.

The vet we saw was nice. But other staff seem inexperienced: communication through email get lost. Made a mistake for my order. They also overcharge for prescription food as well. I was able to get the food for cheaper at another vet.

They are really nice and gave a lot of attention to Lucky. He went for vaccines and check for traveling heaçth Certificate. Super recommend to have your pet to be there if needs any attention. Lucky loved there because of the treats.

I needed a vet in Ottawa so I asked a friend who fosters animals and takes care of a lot of pets and she recommended this place. My 12 year old cat and I had a great visit. The staff were friendly and informative. I'm moving to the US and they had knowledge about the process which was helpful. The staff were gentle with my cat and did not push any unnecessary procedures on us but did make some valuable recommendations (eg we found his teeth could using a cleaning). Overall great experience! Thank you to the staff.

You've been forewarned. This vet clinic is exceptionally unprofessional and disorganized. To prequalify, I've owned 5 pets and still own 3 and have deep experience dealing with vets. Uncompassionate and only interested in a cash grab. You need to stay away for the sake of your pet. If I could give a 0 I would.The reply they give is misleading and inaccurate. They are fortunate I didn't write what actually happened.UPDATE: Received a second qualified opinion and guess what? It's nothing close to what this hospital and vet told us. The other vet (who was referred to us by a close relative who's been seeing them for 10 years) told us, no periodontal disease, only some minor plaque. All it was to pull the one fang. And she's a healthy weight, no underweight as stated by VMAH. Total cost...$80, not $3000+!
