What a great place to buy a trailer Robert the salesman was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions & we had a lot , Kyle the finance manager was awesome in getting paperwork done quickly & efficiently & even explained the things that would beneficial to us & what was not beneficial for our needs .Rhyse who did our walk thru went thru everything in the trailer with us & it was his first walk thru & he done an excellent job , even carter the mechanic who put my hitch together even went the extra mile when I noticed 2 screw missing on the fender he got them & paint the heads to match the fender ,I didn’t care about the colour but he wanted them to match. My wife & I spent about 2 months looking at trailers & went to other dealerships but none took the time or inclination to make sure our buying experience would be spectacular event in our life

Just purchased our first RV from this dealership. What a great experience! I only wish all businesses were this great. Craig was our sales rep. He was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. His colleague Les was also great and helped with getting the deal done. When it came down to buying parts Jacob was knowledgeable. Dave went through the T@B 320 with us and was very thorough. Lastly, Travis from the finance office was friendly and went through line by line in clear fashion. A very good experience! Strongly recommend this place for all your RV needs!! Even our puppy Tobie loves it!

We just finished the purchase and pick up of our new Jayco Jayfeather Micro and are so happy with the service we received. Rhyse did an extremely thorough walk through with us and we left feeling like we had all the information we needed to get right out for a long weekend camp. Even though the lot is under construction, everyone was organized and helped us get out and on our way a quick as possible. Especially appreciated the tech who came to help with the stubborn hitch as we were hooking up. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish!

We just purchased our NuCamp T@G Xl Boondock! Les Mitchel was our product specialist. He truly went above and beyond for us. Even on his days off, he promptly answered any questions I had. Fantastic teamwork as Les even changed our viewing time on very short notice even though they were already very busy. Awesome guy, definitely ask for him when you call.Randi Westhaver was also fantastic! It was amazing how quickly she got back to us with our financing approval. Over a few short days, we inquired, got approved, viewed the trailer and took it home. Absolutely seamless and smooth from start to finish. 5 super big stars all the way!

I had a great experience ordering a water tank for my Tab 400 (which I purchased from this dealership). I had a great buying experience at Traveland RV. From the initial dealing on the RV, to the picking of the RV model and to the final delivery of the the rv, Traveland and their staff were great. I dealt with many people as we transferred the unit from Langley to their Airdrie location. Vicky and Jaye in sales were great with the dealings on the rv and were very knowledgeable about the units. John was great in finance as I financed 50% of the unit and he made the numbers easy to understand and got me the best possible rate from Royal Bank. Travis was great at pickup as we were running behind on pickup day and he didn't rush us at all when loading the rv and getting ready to go. Thanks Travis! Also Les the Sales Manager was super helpful in getting a few issues worked out after the initial pick up. Everyone at Traveland was very nice and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone buying a rv. The rv was a big purchase for our family and I did alot of research and Traveland was outstanding in the whole buying process. I have bought 5 or 6 rv's before this Entegra Odessey Class C unit and never been this satisfied and happy with the whole process. Thanks to everyone at Traveland u guys run a top shelf operation!!!
