Hello!I'd like to tell everyone Cody R., in Parts, provided some of the best personal & parts service we ever experienced in our many years of shopping anywhere! He was really personable, making alternate parts suggestions n ideas we hadn't thought of n presented pros n cons to us! He is an Awesome young fella to shop with! We really enjoyed our time with him!

We had a great experience with Sarah & everyone here. During the buying process, Sarah sent us videos and pictures, since we didn't live in Brandon. She took the videos just for us and explained how each part would work for our needs. Once we made the trip down there, they gave us a complete walkthrough of the trailer from front to back, outside and inside. They answered all of our questions and didn't hesitate to explain things twice. They also have a store attached where you can buy all your camper/RV needs. A sales rep walked us through all the necessities and helped us choose the right products. If we ever decide to upgrade we will go back to Pick-A-Dilly. We would also recommend them to anyone who is just starting out or who needs an upgrade. Thanks!

It was easy dealing with the folks at Pik A Dilly. Recieved good advice from Sales dept and also finance dept were very helpful.Service department quickly corrected a couple little glitches.Were glad we went down that day in March, made the deal with local company.All went smooth, thanks to all staff we dealt with.Now just have to get it on the road.

Stopped in at this dealership after our RV shower doors shattered while we were en route from Manitoba back to Calgary. They provided some advice and the use of a shop vac so we could deal with the mess and get back on the road. Great service, great staff, highly recommend this dealership. If we lived closer we’d certainly be loyal customers after the great experience we had. Thank you again Pik-a-dilly, we so appreciate it!

We just purchase a new to us trailer from Pik-A-Dilly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Michelle and Sarah! Friendly and prompt in responding to our questions by email. Michelle even waited for us a little after hours on a Saturday afternoon! The guys in service did a good job of preparing the trailer for delivery and gave a detailed tour prior to us taking it. We have had nothing but problems taking it here. They are inexperienced and have given us our motorhome back in worse condition. I will never return or suggest them to anyone. They told us we should just take it back to Winnipeg to have the work done. Ridiculous. Lens Rv has been much more helpful

Tom Jensen and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions during and after the purchase.The attention to detail was impressive. They made our previously owned trailer look and feel like new, right down to the last detail.It’s obvious why they’ve been in business for generations.

Tom and the team at pick-a-dilly rv are first class, Tom took the time to understand what I was looking for in a camper, he was patient and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision on each camper model. Because of the care they all showed and understanding of my needs I was able to go ahead and purchase a great used camper.
