Overall experience was pretty good. They had the windshield I needed and it was easy to book it in. When I picked up the car though there was several small shards of glass in the drivers seat about the size of dimes. Had I not been looking it could have been an issue because they were pretty sharp and pointy.Overall 4/5 I've used them before and will use them again in the future.

Tends to overbook more than most US airlines. Even with an appointment you wait extra hours for others to be taken in before you. Waiting after the business closes is a new special experience. Fair price.

Good pricing easy to deal with.Answered questions and most of all so far took care of the issues that I had before I took the truck away. Hopefully the services stays the same if there any issues after first two major washes.

These guys don't respect people's time. I dropped it off as scheduled and was told it would be 2 and a half hours to replace the windshield on my truck. So I come back in two and a half hours and they tell me it will be another 20 minutes. It ended up being 3 hours and the manager shrugs and says two and a half or three hours. If they'd told me three I would come back in three. Just no respect for other people's time. Not even an apology.

I am not one to write negative reviews but definitely not impressed with the level of service I received at GlassMasters. I took in my brand truck immediately after getting a rock chip while driving on Deerfoot. They sealed/fixed the chip. I drove off and by the time I got to the end of the road to get onto Glenmore, my windshield cracked across from the chip repair. Upon taking the truck back the next day, I was told that due to the internal and external temperature differences, the windshield repair was not guaranteed to not crack. No one bothered to tell me that when I went in initially to get the windshield repaired. I was given the option of a refund if I get my windshield replaced from them within 30 days or nothing. Why would I replace my windshield in the midst of winter to crack again? I expressed my frustration and was handed 2 free chip repairs for “next” time. Absolute Waste of $40. Had I known the windshield was going to crack anyways, I wouldn’t even have bothered to repair it to begin with…. will not be going back!

The staff at this location were friendly and accommodating. I was very happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend this company for glass replacement.

I’ve tried to get my windshield and roof glass replaced twice now, both times told I’d receive a call back, both times fell through.Wanted to avoid going through the dealer because they don’t accept running payments through insurance on what would be $2,5K of glass, but alas, I’d rather do a retroactive claim than have to wait a third week to get no response a third time.Two stars because once I dropped in to have one of the team members look at a chip and the dude was super friendly even though they said they couldn’t fix it.

Terrible business. They give you a 4 hr window and they were still a half hour late. They left black adhesive all over the roof. There was a big blob on the passenger mirror and a large smudge on the hood. Two very large globs on the asphalt in our parking lot. I didn't get to check it until they had already left because I had it done where I work. I called to have them come back to clean it. I spoke the a guy named Joe he wanted we me to drive to there location to have them clean it up. I said no I paid extra to have it done where I work. I basically had to argue with him to get it cleaned up. He actually gave me the impression he thought it was funny. They came back the next day and cleaned it. Reluctantly!!! Look for a alternative for better service and workmanship.

Took my vehicle in for a windshield replacement this morning. By far the least expensive quote I got, and their questions were thorough, my windshield was nothing fancy so they had the part in stock. The person at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.
