Very clean store for the area. Guy working checkout was super slow. Always checking his phone. Didn't wipe down counter after each customer. Just went in for Slurpees because they have the best Slurpee corner and selection.

I was getting a frosted with ice cream like I always do there and the woman working there came up and told me it's only 30% ice cream which is exactly how much I put in there, I went to pay and and she charged me extra, then the other woman working there who didn't see me get it tells me rudely that its extra because there's ice cream all through there" I always made them the same way before and never had the staff talk to me or be so rude in all my life. They lost my business and I'll never go there again because of those 2 rude and disrespectful women and I'm telling everyone I know not to go there"

Since when is an employee allowed to scream at a customer, threaten him with violence in front of a trainee at that ??Then when he is being called out for being wrong he pretends to call the police ?My husband went in to buy a Screamer" which is soft serve ice cream added to any size Froster for an additional Dollar.2.69$ ( X-L) + 1.00$ plus tax does not = 5.30$When this was pointed out

Staff is attentive, interactions are quick - I've always had fine experiences. Wish they had more stuff, but otherwise it's a pretty standard convenient store

Just went in at 7:20 am on April 30 2023, the cashier that was working was rude, had his feet up with no shoes on the counter, I know that the front counter isn't meant to be eaten on but the it's still gross to see that especially since they are open to the public. This gentleman has thick eyebrows and has a thick East Indian accent. Did not get his name, honestly I didn't want to deal with him. To the store owner of the Circle K located at 2601 commercial drive, I advise you to check the camera around the front desk at 7:20am to see if I am lieing or not. Also, please post reminders up on the front door of what can be sold after midnight and up till up time customers cannot purchase these certain items. For example gift cards, I would sometimes come at 1am on a Wednesday and then I would come back the next day or two at the sametime and try to purchase a 100$ google play gift card and I would get approved for the first time but not the second time. Even though it mat be a different employee, shouldn't it be there same time every day? Please, I advise you to do a proper employee evaluation of this location, I would say out of 10, which means 1- very very poor 10 - understanding service.. I would say 7 - 10 times have been under the score of 4.

Yet another circle K that claims to be 24 hours and then arbitrarily closes up so the clerk can chat away on their phone. They look at you but refuse to unlock the door or even explain why it's locked. I hate this company and its franchise owners and staff. You're brutal.

Won't let people come and buy stuff at 1030pm keeps the doors locked
