A year ago I asked Jen Caruck if she could help me find a house. It came with a challenge, due to the fact that it was 2 couples living together with all different needs. David and his team managed to get over asking sold on our house in this market. We never thought we’d get over asking and he did it. David came up with ingenious ways that people could manipulate the structure of the house to suit their needs and that idea put our hours over the top.
