I totally enjoyed my experience at masala tree. The ambiance was perfect not crowded. The food was amaaaazing! You have to treat yourself.

Huge lineup of people picking up their Friday night takeout orders and for good reason. The food was fabulous, some of the best Indian food I have had outside India. Tandoori fish was really good. Service was really good

We ordered veg noodles, Malai Tikka and Gobi Manchurian. Honest Review..You guys are best in town. This is the second time we have got. Hope fully our future experience for 3, 4... X.. remains same and you will let us be your loyal eater. Hope the Chef is always happy... Happy Chef= Happy eater

The taste of the food has gone from 5 star to 1 star. I don’t understand why these tandoori chicken have gravy in it. It use to be completely dry and red. The butter naan is like rubber and you can literally see the butter on it which mean the butter was applied on cold naan. The other two gravy’s were completely bland and no taste at all.

Staff at this restaurant are very nice and pleasant.The food is also very tasty and good. Especially the naan is spot on.Service is pretty good. Our food took a relatively longer time to come and in the end some orders took a few minutes longer than other ones. It wasn't a huge deal.

I've ordered food several times at this restaurant and found it quite disappointing. On several occasions, when we've ordered food, 40 minutes later when we go to pick it up, they didn't have the order ready. They instead, take the order again when you are there to pick it up after putting in the order over the phone 45 minutes ago. This didn't happen just once or twice, every time we've placed an order over the phone, they never actually take your order.I've never had an experience as such. Additionally, they do NOT say sorry for the inconvenience" or "sorry for the situation". Such poor customer service. My experience of 20 years in customer service
