Jaguar Victoria

Once they have you money you're on your own. I made a warranty claim for defective paint on my 8 month old Jaguar F-Pace and the service department said Jaguar was 'washing their hands of it' while refusing to actually test the paint. Pictures show the damage done in less than a week - possibly by common tree sap but maybe solvent corrosion from defective paint. Holes right down to primer. Two professional detailers said they've never seen anything like it.

I have been dealing with the dealership for 20 years. I recently traded in my 2007 XK for a 2019 I-Pace. There are three parts to a dealership: sales, service, and the business office. This review is about the sales team.Mike Barron and Shane Moss are consummate professionals. They are honest and straight-forward. I really appreciate that they give you straight answers and don’t try dodge the tough questions. I have bought 3 vehicles from Mike and 5 from Shane.I am very happy with my new I-Pace. It was a lot of money, but the deal was fair. I received a good trade-in on my XK. Mike has followed up with a few question I had and took care of a few minor repairs which we missed.I would strongly recommend Mike and Shane.

I left my car at the service department, I instructed them never to leave it outside. They put it outside overnight and it was broken into. They not only charged me full price for that service, they made $10k on the repairs. They took zero responsibility for anything. Just today I saw my CarFax had the damages on its permanent record costing me about $22k in trade in value. This has happened about 30 times on this lot shared with Land Rover and Suburban according to police records.

We purchased our new vehicle and I have to say that this is the best experience I've ever had from a dealership. From our first contact which was with Mike Barron to the financing with Daniel the customer service was top notch. Mike was super responsive and accommodating and took care of use every step of the way from dropping off the car, informing us of the features and even putting on our licence plates at the end. I purchased a 2012 Range Rover sport. The transaction was smooth and quick, unlike my experiences in the past at other dealers. It usually takes so long to buy a car, and this was different. I really liked NOT wasting my time at the dealer.Mike Barron was my sales guy. It's very obvious he knows what he is doing. We had a minor misunderstanding initially, but it was quickly and efficiently smoothed out. The dealer added a new set of tires, cleaned up any road rash from the wheels, and added a new cargo mat.Mike has continually followed up with the final arrangements from the deal, and to make sure that I am a happy customer. The result is I am a happy customer. Overall, really good car buying experience and I love the vehicle.
