These guys are awesome, they have a way of addressing the customer as if it's an art form. They genuinely are interested in providing the best customer assistance they can. Customer service standards is a very hard thing to maintain and the service I receive at this location is always the best. Special mention to Chris, Giancarlo, and the team, especially the employee of the week Sabina. Great job guys.

Staff was very friendly but make sure you satay away from Sabina!!! She’s too good at selling. Walked in there for a marker and walked out with $500 worth of tools

Don't waste ur time if u are looking for the stuff they have in Vaughan! Limited supply. They don't even have Dixon lumber crayons or Tajima tape measure! Will never support this location!just ordered what I needed from Amazon because they didn't have it.Response to ur statement IHL!!I know that u have stuff that Amazon doesn't have! Doesn't take a genius to figure that out!To be specific, when I asked your staff if they have tajima tape measure, there Response was, no! But we have there chaulk line"! IHL is the best place on earth everything from work cloths to screws to flooring to shingles. Ppl that work there are fantastic, prices are amazing have about 10 ppl hooked on going there, dura drive screws are by far excellent quality the work cloths are cheaper than anywhere else, always have deals going on, nothing bad to say at all you should stop in and see for yourselves. 7th line of Inisfill passed the casino thru the lights parallel with the 400 hwy south down the hill building is on the left hand side can't miss it. Ordered some scaffold on Saturday, and confirmed it would be delivered possibly Monday latest Tuesday. Wrong parts arrive Mid Tuesday afternoon, call in to get the parts corrected and stressed needed them for our spray foam job to be completed as the weather is only favorable today. Call in after 12pm to find out status and get a call a little over an hour later and told the parts will arrive tomorrow as they don't have a driver. The gentleman I had dealt with on the weekend and yesterday is off today.Now I have to cancel my trades and delay until the next favourable day in the winter that is above 0 and hope that works for my contractor.After speaking with a manager, they went out of their way to fix the situation and sent a truck from Vaughan so we could complete our spray foam work prior to the freezing rain tomorrow.Although it was a poor situation IHL went the extra mile and fixed things so we could complete our work.Hopefully mix-ups don't happen in the future but much appreciated effort to resolve the problem.

Love this new location of IHL!! From the moment I walked in this morning I felt respected as a customer and greeted by all staff! Everyone’s super friendly , approachable and knowledgeable. Purchased 95% of supplies (tools, fasteners, painting supplies) on my list today in this location which is awesome ! Yes it is smaller than Woodbridge location however I see bright future ahead. Thank you IHL . Can’t wait to return in near future !

Good selection of clothes and tools. Went in for pants the one lady there was very helpful and had lots of information on their clothes

Great products and staff. Got flooring for my house and love it. Everytime I go I find more tools I didn't know I need! My new favorite hardware store!
