I would never recommend such an unprofessional person for anything. We were James McBeath tenants in his basement suite for a while. His basement suite turned out to be illegal, and that from a lawyer! But worst of all, as soon as we would leave the basement, he would come inside the basement and snoop! It is illegal to enter a rental property without proper notice, but we saw this behaviour quite a few times. We found another rental place as soon as we could, as we did not want to have anything to do with such an immoral person.After knowing James McBeath, I just cannot trust lawyers anymore.

Had Terrence yu as my lawyer, he was super helpfull assistant me with my case and help me resolve my issues, not only did he guide me and explain me things in full detail there was no pressure and he handled it super professionally and was super knowledgeable along the whole process . If you need anyone to represent you he is a great lawyer to have. If I can give more stars I would as I went to 2 other lawyers in downtown that was not able to assist me in the way he did for me.
