Worst customer service ever. The ladies are hard to understand and are very rude. They act like they’re better than everyone and they’re constantly miserable. Just go down the block to the new registry in Newcastle. They have better staff, less wait times, positive attitudes and all in all; a better atmosphere.

Some of the rudest people I’ve met. Zero customer service skills. I won’t get too frustrated with lines but when they have an attitude is where it gets a bit much.. not just to myself but every person in there. Will go back to my regular registry.

Slow and disorganized. Busy today. One person dedicated to Alberta Health and corporate. Which would be great if that person wasn't spending half her time on the phone looking after people who called in AFTER I arrived. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

I was going in to update my license to non GDL. The lady refused to change it without my letter in the mail. Yesterday I knew someone who went in to get their license changed. He specifically asked if he needed his letter and they said NO. I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t want to help me because they were closing and I was the last person in line. How completely rude and unprofessional.Oh, and by the way don’t bother trying to “reach out to me about my experience”. Your reviews are terrible on Google so clearly this service wasn’t just a one off. You have lazy staff and poor business standards.

Took my road test there this morning with Ahmed, and it was a very pleasant experience. As an anxious driver with someone new in the car, I was so sure that I would be scared and fail. But Ahmed was very nice, let me sit and breathe for a few minutes before the test and remained pleasant throughout the entire test. Really helped ease my anxiety and I passed!

I had a great experience at this registry to take my road test. The tester was patient and spoke clearly. There was no line up and the staff were extremely friendly. They helped me with the questions I had and I was in and out quickly.

My wallet was stollen last night, so obviously, i need to replace my drivers license and etc. I came to this location as it's close to my address. Ridiculously backed up. They are understaffed, which seems to be affecting their respect for patrons. The clerk I had was rude, never once made eye contact with me, and made me feel like a was inconveniencing her to do her job. Because of our language barrier, she had a hard time understanding why I was there, and what I was asking. I get it's frustrating for her as well, but, man. Seems to be less and basic English anymore

Today was my first time at this registry location and I’ve been to a few over the course of 10 years here in Alberta. This location was by far the quickest to get me in an out, 5 minutes and I was done!! The lady who helped me, she was quick and efficient and really friendly! I highly recommend this registry location for any of the needs that they can assist with!

I have a great experience today in my road test with Ahmet. Ahmet explained everything about the test and hot will be going. He was calm, patient, honest, and relaxed. even though I tried to confirm the instructions with him many times he was fine, which I should not.I passed my road test, and despite I did it in another registry in the south they were terrible.Thank you very much Ahmet for the fair exam, and for being relaxed through my driving, I will not forget these good experiences all my life. Thank you very muchHighly recommended
