Golf Town

I've had several VERY positive experiences at the Etobicoke store. Jesse the store manager helped me with a warranty issue on a bag, going above and beyond. They kept me up to date on the situation and a got me a replacement bag from Mizuno.Another sales associate helped me with a trade-in and they were also very friendly and helpful.Nice to see Golftown taking care of their customers. Continue to be impressed with their customer service and quality of work in the repair shop.All the staff deserve kudos.

Went there today with my daughter to introduce her to the world of golf. We tried out the putting area and the staff was cordial.

Could use more staff or a dedicated service person for club refitting Took a half hour waiting .still they did a great job

I don't usually write reviews but can't help myself from sharing my experience with other people on this one. I've been going to this location for a few years now, buying balls, apparel etc. and the staff have always been quite helpful and nice with helping me whenever I had questions.I was fitted a few weeks ago for a set of irons, and unfortunately at that time I didn't get the chance to compare the two brands I wanted back to back. I went into golf town today with the intention of swinging both sets of clubs to compare the numbers to eventually make a purchase.Initially, we were having trouble finding one of the irons as they didn't have it on the shelf, but one of the younger staff said they would build me one from the fitting centre (I'm not sure if this is common practice, but I thought it was a very nice touch and I was very appreciative of that). After about 10-15 minutes in the bay, an older staff member approached me and I explained to him that one of his coworkers was nice enough to build me the iron we couldn't initially find. There wasn't any follow up conversation other than him asking what my handicap was...so I answered him. His reply was verbatim You're not good enough to be swinging that club". I told him that it was interesting comment since I was fitted into this exact style of iron only a few weeks ago and that I was here to compare brands. He followed up by saying the two clubs were completely different classes of irons

Fantastic new renovation at this Golf Town location!! It looks like an entirely new store! The interior is bright, fresh, with departments well laid out and easy to shop. There is a huge selection of product in all categories including the latest and greatest in the game, all alongside expert staff.The addition of the custom fitting studio is an amazing add! Allowing for pro level service to ensure you’re playing with the best clubs for you. 10/10 experience

Visited this location for the re grip event. Naturally it''s a busy time but everyone in the shop area was great and accommodating all the way up to the people working the front cashiers. Great experience here!EDIT: I wanted to add that they had my clubs ready to go THE NEXT DAY! unreal experience all around. Will be my go to golftown moving forward!

Love the Golftown experience. Gave it three stars only because they always seem out of my waist/inseam measurements on many products I'd otherwise buy. But hey thanks for saving me a few bucks.
