Worse day care ever, you should never send your kid there. Teachers there are terrible, especially Rachel - they just make up symptoms for your kid so they have valid reason to send your kid home and they still take your money. They did that to me many times, your kid will have to do covid test average once a week because of them, but 90% your kid are fine, no symptoms but they always make up symptoms. I feel so bad for my kid because I did believe this a a good daycare. Please try to avoid this daycare if you still have a choice. Don't even think about complain that to the coordinator Debra, they are a group just protect each other, never listen to you and always blame everything on you. I feel ashamed because we have those kind of teachers in child care, our kid shouldn't be treated like that.Just one short sentence to say about this child care: instead of try their best to take care of your kid, they try their best to send your kid home.

Staff are amazing and treat the kids like there own. Unfortunately health unit has strick rules throughout covid and mean as your kid grows and gets random fevers or runny nose, the health unit required them to get asset. NOT THE STAFFS FAULT!
