Clinique Medigo

The receptionist with the straight, light hair is extremely disrespectful. A customer who was behind me in line, passed in front of me with rudeness and the receptionist saw it and still served this customer. The other receptionist with the black hair was very polite. I do not recommend this clinic. I saw from the other reviews that everyone goes through this with this receptionist. Why keep this employee? If you're going to keep it, empower and train her for God's sake.

The receptionist is absolutely rude! I called in to check the results for my wife and the receptionist did not want to be on the phone line even for a second the way she spoke was extremely unpleasant and she was highlighting uninterested in talking and wanted to end the call right away. Despite the several horrible reviews of all the people I don’t know why the Clinique is absolutely careless to look into the situation. I would definitely not recommend this Clinique to anyone as any appointment you come for and wait for the results the next day you’ll be waiting for at least a month or more as the doctors don’t check the results and just go on random vacations and the receptionists are absolutely horrible.

The secretary that you speak on the phone will give u an appointment and when you show up she will tell you there is no appointment for you despite you writing it down and speaking with her and when you confront her she will raise her voice and be irritated mind you she is the one calling you to set up an appointment but does not record anything in her computer !!!! This was my first appointment and never again.

I'm very satisfied with the service and especially Dr. ROY. He is a professional, takes his time to listen advise and help. With his help and medication my life has completely changed for the better.Merci beaucoup Dr.RoyArmen

Very pleasant experience. From the front desk, to the nurse and Dr. Arianne Bédard. I have been treated with attention, compassion, and respect. The care I received was outstanding. This is by FAR the best medical clinic and staff I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years. I cannot say enough. Keep up the good work, you are a shining star in the Quebec medical world!

I dont even know how to summarize this clinic. I sang it's praise long ago, had a good new doctor and she left quickly , got assigned appointment for another doctor whom on first meeting in 5 min had me lined up on 5 different medications when I took none previously, unpleasant doctor and rude. Changed again to another doctor which I have since then, going on 3 years. Overworked, tired, gone on vacation a lot and with covid I understand but all the patients are taking the brunt of it. Late blood test results , last minute cancellations, confused secretaries. We are told that if we dont show up for appointments there will be a fee, how about when our appointments are cancelled at last minute we get to charge a fee for lost wages? Kind of third world health care going on...in Canada!

Medigo should rename themselves Aucune disponibilité". I have never been able to book an appointment for myself or my son - EVEN WHEN WE HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR AT THE CLINIC using their online system over the past 3-4 years now and if you phone in to book

Clean , respectful staff . You don't wait very long to be seen by a doctor . I recommend this place . Getting a appointment on the other hand is a hard task. Every appointment was made through a hospital.

I should start by saying all doctors/ nurses we have dealt with at this clinic have been great. However, the clinic itself is 0 stars. If you don’t cancel your appointment you get charged $30 which is understandable, however is it too much to ask to have an actual person who answers the phone?? Absolutely no way to leave a voicemail either. If you want to cancel an appointment good luck, they don’’t offer online cancellation as an option either. You have to drive into the clinic and cancel in person. I guess this is what happens when they know you have no other choice for health care.

The crew are rude. Not responsible. I had a complaine about their service and wanted to talk with the supervisor, first the reception told me you have to only send email to her,not able to talk, she was about to give me the email, but after talking to her coworker said: she dosnt have any email, and not able to talk to you today at all.
