Kami Countertops

After hearing raving reviews, I decided to check it out and get a quote for my kitchen. The lady appeared very annoyed that I came in to ask questions. I had measurements with me in hopes of getting a quote but she insisted I go home and email her the measurements instead of giving them to her. A little deflated, I agreed to do that. I then asked if they had a good selection of kitchen sink faucets because that's what I had heard. She told me to refer to the website. I explained that I had previously tried to find the selection on the website but couldn't. There wasn't much information on the website at all. She again appeared very annoyed that I kept asking if there was maybe a catalogue of sorts and even though she took it out, she wouldn't let me look through it. She kept telling me to look on the website. Seemed very interested in chatting up a different gentleman who came in shortly after me though. Despite the horrible costumer service, I left with a sample and really hoped things would turn around. I sent in the measurements via email shortly there after. It took them roughly 4 weeks to finally get back to me with a quote and I think the only reason I even got one was because I sent another email at the 3 week mark asking if by chance they had the quote ready for me. Picked out different counter tops in this time period and honestly could have gotten them installed already too if I hadn't waited on the quote.Super disappointed with everything. 10/10 wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Receptionist is rude on the phone, took my chances and went in. No better! Too old to work as she has no customer service and should be home resting. Waited a week for a quote and when I called they couldn’t find it. Said they could get me a quote tho! Absolutely not. Wouldn’t trustThem to do a dogs house.

Terry and his team were amazing. Although I didn’t shop his price through conversations after with friends and colleagues I learned that we got an amazing deal. The job wasn’t huge as the kitchen was small but they treated me like I was an very important person. When the installers came they were polite and very skilled. As our property was a little older the corners weren’t perfectly true and the installation team adjusted on the fly for the perfect fit. So pleased with the installation the price and the final product. Brought the resale value of the house up significantly.

I love my updated kitchen. The people at Kami Countertops were wonderful. They were very helpful and patient with us. They also turned my little art studio/utility room downstairs into a room I can be proud of. We had them install some of the old cabinets in there too. Our tiny powder room looks so much better with new quartz counters and sink. I'll be back!

Had a great experience with the team at kami counters, Cam with Copper Hill Contracting did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets & the team at kami did a great job with my counters! Jeff is a great installer, very patient! Great customer experience!!

The service and workmanship was amazing. We had a hard time getting through to the showroom, They were very busy! but once we did they were very helpful with ideas. We had counters and cupboards and tile done. Cameron came out to measure told us what we needed and we loved his ideas, great team of people and very skilled! If he thought something wouldn t look right he told us so and we listen!. The owner came by to visit and check everything . Every job was coordinated well with the other. Showed up everyday and finished in good time. excellent trades people.Thank You So Much! Kami Counters!

If you are going to be an arse in traffic, I suggest you don't advertise your company on your truck. Had them laying their horn on me at an intersection not knowing there was a car in front of me having car trouble. The person driving was frantically waving their hands about in the vehicle. Rude behavior.

Service, price, customer care all A-1. Terry gave us very good advice in choosing the counter top that was best for us, installation was on time, and perfect. When I sat on the bar and dislodged it the next day (long story, my fault, I had been told not to do that for a few days) they were right out to fix things up at no charge. I would definitely deal with them again, I hope they feel the same way about me.
