I had such a great experience at the artbox at metrotown. The staff are so friendly, and I'm always warmly greeted the second I step inside the store. I bought a lot of my Christmas gifts here this year, and everyone was helpful and even gift wrapped my items (FOR FREE?!). The employee that stuck out for me was this cheerful girl with the hair buns and clips :)

I LOVE IT HERE! The staff today were so nice even though it was sososososo busy! There's this long haired girl, I think I overheard the other staff call her Hanna? But she was so helpful with the kpop stuff and basically directed me through their whole collection of albums and merchandise! Defs will be coming back for more gifts!Thank you for having such awesome stuff and nice staff.

Workers had an attitude when I bought my items? They only accept debit cards and cash which is okay, but uses my debit card and it had me sign. The cashier gave me an attitude and said it was credit and to not do it next time. Maybe if he saw closely and hear me out he would’ve known and not be rude about it. Please train employees to be more nicer

great place to shop for plushies, stickers, stationery items, and albums! the staff there were super nice and helpful :) If your looking for albums this is def the place, they had tons of groups and even weverse and sminis which i was not expecting. Albums ranges from 20 cad to around 50. I got karina’s cover for my world for $30 cad :) I would definitely shop here again!!

products are cute but extremely overpriced. i feel uncomfortable everytime i shop here because of the workers constantly following me around and asking me questions when i am obviously not stealing. only have been here a few times but everytime i have either been followed or when paying the employee was rude to me and had an attitude for no reason.

I've been a customer since 2017 and I'm proud of how far the store has come! Very diverse selection of products, majority of my Pokemon merch is from here. Staff are very kind as well, especially Henry. Highly recommend this store.

A good place to find cute stuff. From pens, to stationary stuffs, socks, or toys, they have lots of choices and cute stuff to sell. Though it can be expensive.
