The front desk lady was rude …. One of them was actually very nice and sweet but when they called us to confirm our information and she asked about my address I automatically gave her my old address because we recently movedBut she didn’t even wait a sec before yelling WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS?This is shocking … honestly who talks like that with people in a clinicAnyways this place already had very low rating and now I can see why

Had a great experience here today; staff were friendly and clearly very well organized. Glad I came here today afterwork as they even guided me to the requisition email address so I didn’t have to print my request which I was worried about.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. They are very polite and accommodating . It is usually very busy but the staff are extremely fast, efficient and friendly and was assisted by Preeti , Riffat and Kavita all provides excellent service, all are very friendly and made us feel very comfortableGreat job did by all keep up the great work.

Pretty always greeted us with smile. Myself and my all family members come here. She is very professional and kind. I always recommend her and Dynacare for great services

They dont even care who is in and out and should suggest somebody to wait or wait down. I was first time there and nobody ask me anything I didn’t know how they work there.Everybody is doing there own things don’t care about customers or patients.I would not recommend this location.

This location gets 0 stars. Worst service I ever encountered in my life. I went there 4 times this week , Monday ,Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday and not one of those times was I able to get a simple blood test. When you enter to check in; instead of checking in the patients , they just stand around looking lost and confused . It took them over 45 mins just to take my information and check me in . What make it even worst it was a long line of us . Wouldn’t it be smart to at least check us in so we can at least sit down. When they finally check you in , they still stand around doing nothing and slowing take patients in . They kept saying “appointments first” which is completely understandable . But it is also a walk in service. They should learn how to take turn taking appointments and walk in. What made it worst is that I had an appointment and I still waiting 2.5 hours and still didn’t get through even after the 4th time . They need to fire the whole crew and hire new people with sense and empathy or at-least add additional 2 staff.

I had a great experience with the staff at this location. They are very polite and accommodating. My 5 months old daughter Inaya had to have her blood drawn. Preety and Georgia took very good care of Inaya and quickly drew her blood without too much discomfort. They saved us the hassle of going to the hospital and waiting for hours just to have the baby's blood drawn.

Terrible place to get blood test done. had online booking and when I got to the site had 9min wait. Now been over 35mins and still not been taken to get bloods done. Dont recommend this place based on service

I had very nice experience. I went there to get my blood work done at 9.30 am. I checked in online( wait time was showing 15 min) still I had to wait 15 min there in line. After that, process was very smooth.Gerogia took my blood. She did it very smoothly. Overall, great service.
