I put one star because Iam obviously not able to put less than that! Extremely rude employees apparently they are “management “that work in the pharmacy and I can definitely see that from the reviews. Was going to make a big purchase from their small shop but I guess they lost the business. Never going back there ever. Good luck to their business if their customer service is really bad. Definitely calling head office.

This pharmacy should be shut down. I had no choice but to find a compounding pharmacy" for my 2 month YO's prescription. I went here as it was the closest to my house. The pharmacy assistant took my prescription and insurance

The staffs are so rude to customers except the pharmacist. The staff asked me today for insurance card for my daughter who is covered under OHIP. And was so rude when I asked why. When I was waiting I saw her same attitude and same rude talking to all other people approaching her. I saw some are taking their prescriptions back after talking to her. Very disappointed ☹️

Had a bad experience after years with the pharmacy. I was one of the first customer when the building was open. My Doctor Ramraij is the best in Ontario. The pharmacy manager both humiliate and embarrassed me in front of others when I questioned the change of a medication that I had been taking for years. She told me I wanted a name brand instead of generic. I have a auto immune illness and cannot switch medication and she was aware but didn't care because now she wasn't begging for customers anymore so she chose to disrespect me because I am black. I literally cried driving to work that day and will never recommend any one. She spoke down to me with others watching.

If you want to be spoken down to by the Pharmacist for asking a question come to Pharmasave One Health Pharmacy.I waited a few minutes by the cash to get Advil for my child, the pharmacist saw me and didn't acknowledge by saying I'll be with you etc which is alright.After a little bit I let her know I am here for Advil as it's no longer on shelves.. she proceeds to say to me in a rude tone and expression she is helping a customer (which in fact had already dropped off his prescription) & she would be with me in a few seconds and I had to wait.Okay no problem. She then sent off rhe customer that was in front of me by saying it would be 15/20 minutes.I then asked her if I would need to also wait 15/20 minutes, she proceeded to roll her eyes & didnt answer me... then I asked her again and she said in a rude tone 'I said I'll be with you in a few seconds but yah wait 20 minutes.If I was aggressive or rude then it would be alright if she spoke to me the way she did with an attitude but not if I am asking a question.By the way this way this was not the first time I saw/heard her speaking with a customer with attitude!Lost many customers here!

Horrible experience just for a antibiotic for my baby I wait for 45 minutes I was the first one in line and there are people coming after me and giving there prescription and they wait for about 20 minutes and they call them and give them the medication, and I was still waiting there,so when I went ask the pharmacist that how long it will take she was really rude and tell me that I have to sit and wait because there are preparing the medication, seriously 45 minutes to make a antibiotic,I already take this antibiotic from other pharmacy's and it took around 10 to 15 minutes, we can say it take time bcz she was the only one working but no there was 3 people working inside,very bad experience

The doctor told me this pharmacy wasnt any good... boy was she right.. dropped off my prescription for my seasonal allergy shot a few months before i was supposed to start getting my weekly shot... 2020 no call, no shot... 2021 they finally called me a few months before to tell me when my first weekly shot of 15 was supposed to be... i only received 1 shot.. this place is trash and full of incompetent people. The doctor was right when she said this pharmacy doesnt know what they're doing. Bunch of heeediots working there.

Very rude pharmacist she pretended she is giving amoxicillin from her own pocket Horrible experience just for a antibiotic for my baby I wait for 40 minutes

Horrible pharmacist. I was prescribed a puffer by the doctor and the pharmacist went on to threaten me for about 5 to 10 minutes about how bad it is to use this puffer while breastfeeding. She made me feel like I was a terrible mother for not pumping milk just incase I get sick. I walked out almost crying. Fast forward to another time when I came in for new medication and they said they would call my doctor first to clarify the drugs and then they would call me back. They never called me back and it's been months.

Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service! I've been going to this pharmacy for God knows how long, I dropped off my daughter's prescription 2 days ago and the insurance card on file was old. Instead of calling me and letting me know this, I walked in to pick up her prescription and they ask for the insurance info (which I provided) but couldn't update the info on the spot because there was a line!? Don't people normally wait for service? Are you running a fast food restaurant? I paid for her prescription b/c I couldn't return back before 6pm and have to submit my own claim. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY!! They honestly deserve 0, the clerks are rude, lazy and do the bare minimum. The pharmacist I dealt with today should have known better and worry about the person infront of her and not clearing a line as fast as she can. #WrongProfession
