Called several times and still they don't remember their regular customer. They keep on changing the customer service person. They talk sweetly but no good service. Recommend not to go here. There are so many products in the market which is better than the products they sell.

I’ve been going to Frank’s chem shop for a long time, they have great products, competitive pricing, but the most important thing to me is that they have a phenomenal team. They always have what I need, and if they don’t they will find it for me. So what more can I ask for, this is the reason why I will continue to go and shop there.
