The staff at Soar Wellness are great - the girls at reception give you a friendly welcome and know you by name are fast and efficient and awesome at finding appointments for you. LOVE my RMT Staisha - She asks the right questions, listens to my needs and does a perfect massage - always checking in to see how I’m doing (even after the massage!) and ready for follow up - Highly recommend

I have been coming here for 2 years now and have enjoyed every practitioner I’ve seen. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their booking system and it somehow automatically booked me in to see one of their practitioners on a wait list. I am willing to take full responsibility for any missed appointment as I value peoples time and understand they lose money for missed appointments.I did not get an email notification for this appointment until I saw it hours after on the day of. I did not open this email. I didn’t not receive a text reminder. I am now expected to pay full price for this massage. I DID NOT BOOK IT. there is clearly something wrong with your booking system. I am extremely disappointed. Not am I only losing a great place to see an RMT, I am losing $120 for something I didn’t do.Thanks for everything.UPDATE: another person has experienced the exact same issue as me. Still, not even so much as an apology from this place, just a passive aggressive reply to my google review. Awesome!

Brought my newborn to Nathalie many times over several months to fix his funny head, help his oral ties, and keep his spine & hips happy. Even though she was always masked, he loved her so much. She is so so good with littles. I felt 100% confident in her ability to help him and so grateful. As far as I know she is the only therapist in Abbotsford who does cranio-sacral for babies. 100% recommend.

Such a professional business that cares about the whole person and their health. Staisha is an amazing RMT who knows how to address and treat what is needed. Nancy does lymphatic drainage and has really helped with my swelling and circulation issues. Nathalie does cranial sacral as well as visceral therapy to address various autoimmune issues which has been a big help. I highly recommend this business.
