My garage door was only opening halfway. It was very easy to make an appointment with aces garage door through the app. The technician was very prompt and professional. He saw what the issue was and offered 2 clear choices and was not pushy whatsoever. 1) tighten the springs for FREE or 2) change both springs at a competitive cost (I checked). Opted for him to tighten the springs for now but will call him again if there are issues in the future.

The technician did a great job to fix our garage door. He was professional and efficient. Changing the motor and replacing all the rail and damaged spring and other parts of the door in less than 2 hours. We thought it would take half day.
