Kept up with all communication throughout the whole process: initial inquiry, order, design, pick up and payment. He was very professional and made the whole experience very enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend using him. Currently looking at wedding bands with my fiancee.

My fiance and I went to Rudix for my engagement ring and had the best experience with Soheil from our first appointment to our last! He custom designed my ring to exactly what I wanted and it turned out amazing! It is so beautiful!!! He is very patient, knowledgeable, and he explained everything so well. My husband and I were looking for a piece of jewelry to mark a milestone. We were impressed with the excellent reviews that Rudix Jewelry had received so it was our first stop and our only one. Soheil helped facilitate a change in an existing ring and led us to a beautiful band to add to it. He answered all our questions and even made us several bands from which to choose. I can say enough about this place. I recently brought in some damaged gold and stuff I don’t wear anymore and the custom designed a ring that I hope to pass on to my children.Pricing is reasonable and commensurate with quality. Great communication with extremely prompt responses. They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me.

My Fiance bought my custom engagement ring from Rudix and it could not be more perfect. I've had it about a year and a half now. I've received one complimentary resizing and go in on occasion for a free cleaning.A few months ago, a small diamond fell out of my halo and I had to get it replaced. The warranty for my ring allows for 3 replacements at no cost. I got it back within 7-10 but unfortunately noticed that the diamond was different than the rest of the ones in the halo. Soheil was wonderful and sent it back into the shop right away with a special note to make sure it was replaced properly. I inquired about a second resizing at that time and he offered to put another complimentary resizing on my account for the trouble" which I very much appreciate it. Would definitely recommend ☺️"

I was looking for a medic alert bracelet that would not fall apart almost as quickly as I bought it. Luckily I found Rudik jewellery online and ordered a real gold one at a reasonable price. The owner was great to deal with and ensured that everything would be engraved correctly. It was shipped to me quite quickly after completed and I am pleased with it.
