I have enjoyed my dealings with this easy home. They are amazing. They work with you and listen as well. If you need furniture go to this particular easy home. You won’t regret it!

Honestly please avoid this place. You should just save your money and go to Best Buy , instead of leasing stuff. I feel this company places itself only in low income areas and preys on poor people. High interest rate + late fees.

I’ve bin with this place 2018 and they sell old electronics for more then the actual price it’s worth ! All the furniture is used! Ever since april left all the new staff are so rude !!! I over paid them and they still think I owe them ! I’m hiring a lawyer to look into my contracts with them and how much I gave them ! I truly think this easyhome should be shut down !!! Save your money and go somewhere else !!!

Honestly please avoid this location I have family that has used easyhome and it was different locations and never were treated so rude and disrespectful as the girls here will treat you… the way I was spoken to over the phone yesterday was unbelievable… I also was inquiring for a ps5 and told it would be in in one week they would contact they never contacted for weeks I would call them to the point it’s been months and I still never got it or even know what’s going on as I just ended up getting one somewhere else.. they are not understanding they speak down to you there is no professional etiquette especially when inquiring about wanting to look into more… I was planning on getting more from your location but after not speaking to anyone and having people show up at my door yesterday and handing me a phone which the girl was extremely rude acting like I owed her thousands when I owed less then $90 but paid $80 anyways was unbelievable especially since I explained to her my cheque was in Acheson and she wanted the boys to take the tv drive away and come back in an hour when I just gave them $50 cash I understand I’m in debt with you and I missed a payment but don’t start bieng rude I can honestly say if your looking to go through easyhome never go through this location. I have a lot more to say but I will leave it at that.

Natalie and all of the staff at this location are the best we've ever experienced.We've had alot of bad luck at other locations and I would recommend anyone going to easyhome to go to this store.They're extremely friendly, caring, considerate and will help you in any way possible.

I love the management at this location........props to Natalie and the tight ship that she runs........I never been happy with a financial service,......like I've been happy with this one ,......god bless

Was given a price quote and have been paying it for months but now they’re tryna jack up the price? We can’t afford this. There goes grocery money. Very displeased. We got it at a certain price because of our budget and because we could afford it. Now they’re changing it because of new management. That is B U L L!

Never use this service if u return something take a picture like I did they tried stating that the tv was broken when it wasn’t fortunately I have the pictures to prove it most unprofessional group of ppl I’ve ever encountered don’t waste your money or your time

If i could go negative i would. The location is horrible, the staff are rude and unresponsive and the products are never available. This is the worst organization ever! Don't use them! I paid on time every time, followed my end and they never ever followed theirs. My products were broken and damaged and they never answered my calls, emails, texts, or complaints, and I went all the way up the Chain. Save your money and go somewhere else please

This place is the last stop for your credit before it gets put down. Nothing beats loan shark esque interest rates and paying rediculous amounts of money for cheap imported particle board that will fall apart well before you finish your 5 year payment plan. Yes they serve a purpose but they also prey on people with less than stellar credit. I hope their penance is to have nothing but the furniture they sell in their home for eternity...... which is just enough time to pay off that interest
