I cannot say enough about how amazing this pharmacy is! They take such good care of me, and have caught drug interactions before they had a chance to become problematic. They have continually gone above and beyond with their patient care, and everyone is so kind and lovely whenever I call with a question. I have had vaccinations here, and didn't feel a thing--amazing for a needle-phobe like me! Thank you to all of you for being such an amazing support for me <3

The team at Viral Pharmacy is outstanding once again. One of our kids had emergency surgery on Saturday that included a lengthy stay in the recovery room. It was after 5pm when I called Vital Pharmacy to see how long they would be open for. The response I received was ..'we will be here as long as it takes to fill the prescription'. As a parent trying to manage through difficult situations it sure feels fantastic to have a community supporting you through them. That's really what the team at Vital Pharmacy is all about serving their community. We are so very grateful for the exceptional service, knowledge and care this team has shown our family over the years. I have nothing but positive things to say about Vital Health Pharmacy. Ana and Don always welcome you with a smile and professional health care. They are quick to fill prescriptions and bill directly through my extended health. I'm so glad I switched from my previous pharmacy-chain to a place where I feel valued and truly cared for.Before I went travelling I was also able to get all my vaccinations at Vital Health, quick and easy! I’ve been patronizing this pharmacy for several years and it’s time I gave them a review. This place is excellent. Everyone from the owners to the pharmacists to the lady at the front counter are awesome. Friendly and totally professional.There are a hundred places to get a prescription filled in this city. The only difference is customer service, and this place is the best. They make you feel like family. I will enjoy watching them grow and succeed.

We needed a small quantity of an obscure, expensive, and very necessary medicine for my husband who is currently immunocompromised, and we needed it FAST! After three big pharmacies said they didn't not have it and didn't offer to order it in (as they would have lost money for the surplus), one pharmacist referred us to Vital Health. Don worked hard ordering what he could and phoning around to other pharmacies for the rest, and didn't stop until he found what we needed. Amazing service, Don and the staff truly care about their clients' health first, and put people ahead of profit. Thank you so much for helping us!!

This is by far the best pharmacy my family and I have ever patronized. Our family used to go to a chain pharmacy but moved over to Vital Health in January, 2015 and are so pleased we made the change.When we were using the chain pharmacy, pharmacists we dealt with were constantly changing and as a result, we found that there was no continuity of care. When we began going to Vital Health we found that we were able to consult with the pharmacists, Jonathan and Anna, on a consistent basis. The pharmacists go above and beyond the call of duty in conferring with the treating physicians concerning the prescriptions and with us in dispensing our medications.The staff continually monitors our family’s prescriptions and contact us on a timely basis to ensure that the prescriptions are renewed and medications are available when needed.I highly recommend Vital Health Pharmacy.

Excellent care today. We do not have a GP yet in Victoria and I needed one for a cancer drug injection. I used a walk in clinic doctor twice and he did not even ask what I needed the drug for nor did he read the information required and refused on the second occasion, my request to warm it prior to injection. I could hardly walk for 3 days after. BCCA found Vital Health for me and what a difference~~professional, informed and no pain whatsoever.
