This company truly cares about customer satisfaction! I had some basement flooring ruined by a water main leak, and the restoration company recommended Abba.After the carpet was (beautifully) installed, I was really disappointed in how shiny and tracky it was in the high-traffic open hallway area. Nice and soft for the bedroom, but not right for the hallway space. Abba didn't hesitate in offering to replace that part with a better looped option, which is perfect.I will be using Abba for future floor covering purchases, and can unreservedly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers. Word of mouth is powerful in a city the size of Nanaimo, and they are a local business that deserves support!

Nancy at Abba so knowledge. My German made laminate is now 4 years old and still looks good. The installers were professional and efficient. They did not cut corners.
