Bad service, employees are horrible! Girl working there needs to get fired, never ordering from there again whenever shes there. Also if you never have chilli then take it off the menu!!!

Hands down the best sub I’ve ever had.The man who made the sub was like an artist, everything looked amazing. He even put a little sun sauce on the top on the bun before grilling it. Amazing

Worst Mr Sub location, hire staff that know how to properly make a wrap, either wise take it off the menu! When ordering a sub, the staff rushes you and tries to avoid toasting it and also quickly go to package it without asking if you want it cut in half. Don't bother asking for Chilli, they haven't had it in over 2 years!

Once again I am here and they’re out of salami this time. I really don’t know what is going on with the store but they’re going downhill quick if you are planning to visit this location have a back up because chances are you won’t be able to get what you want. So far twice they’ve been out of roast beef and twice now salami. Time for Mr. sub to packet in. I don’t think they’re hard isn’t it anymore.

We just order through what’s for dinner app, bread on all 3 subs were stale, asked for extra sub sauce ( no sauce at all). No tomatoes on my sub I ordered. Didn’t even eat my sub, wife through out hers. It’s like because it was out of store they don’t care. Unless refund will not return.

The staff were amazing today with my two toddlers. Engaged and warm. My kiddos were given a slice of cucumber each with an olive on it as appetizers" while we waited for our sandwiches! Great staff

Hi Mr Sub staff, when asking for tomatoes please use the full tray of freshly sliced tomatoes you have have displayed beside the lettuce, and not the scrap tray.Thank you,A paying customer who asked for tomatoes on their sub.

I visited the store at around 9pm and purchased 2 subs. They were very sloppy as if they were synchronized swimming in a pool of pizza sauce. You couldn't taste the other ingredients and it upset both of our stomachs. Mr. Sub's ingredients seem to be more authentic than Subway, but lack a solid execution. Not again.

People usually go to places for experiences, else it’s easier to order at home. A nicer staff could be beneficial for encouraging people to return. Atleast I am not coming back to this location.

I have always enjoyed this location of Mr. SUBuntil my visit today! First and foremost when I told the girl there are supposed to be 10 pieces of pepperoni on a pizza sub she told me there was and when I took the subs apart there was 8 slices on one and 7 slices on the other. As well they were made very sloppily and I'm sure given a good squeeze because she didn't like being told about the pepperoni . I hope the owner who is a very nice man will rectify this situation when I see him next!
