In general, the service is terrible. Orders are wrong half of the time, they are always out of options and they are very slow. I would not recommend.

This is the most consistent amazing customer service I have ever experienced. All of the staff are friendly, especially Ashley. She always remembers my name and asks about my day or follows up on things I have told her last time. The rare times I have had mistakes in my order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. Amazing people!

There were about 8 employees, waited for my drink for 15+ minutes and it was not at all the drink I ordered, they specifically asked me if I wanted whipped cream I said yes and they didn’t do it. I only noticed this after I had walked away but do better.

Slowest service of any Starbucks. It’s as though the employees have no sense of urgency or need to expedite, blatantly moving at a glacial pace. It should not take 20 minutes to order and receive a coffee.Priority is always given to mobile orders instead of patrons in-house.The only saving grace is that majority of the employees have a kind and warm disposition, but they need to work faster. It’s unacceptable.

I was a regular here but will not be going back until a certain employee is no longer there. Try going to any other Starbucks if you can, no matter how many times I ask for the same drink order it is ALWAYS different. I just want coffee in my coffee and even if I specify I get the wrong drink handed every time. Its actually super upsetting to pay so much for a drink I cant even drink.

Zach was very pleasant and helpful with my order, as was the woman with dark hair who I believe was the manager(?) she didn’t have a name tag but they both made th long line worth it.
