Worst customer service EVER. Bought a bed through Costco and broke within 2-3 weeks of use. Been trying get a hold of customer service for over 3 weeks now to get a replacement part but nothing. The one time I was able to talk to someone she requested us to fill a form and send it back to which we did within a fee mins of receiving it. Since then dead silence. Called and they always say someone will call us back but as you probably can guess, no one ever calls back. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CLIENT SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Called Costco again and hopefully they'll be able to get things moving.

Trying purchase dons replacement parts and getting no help at all. Provided a model number but I don’t have the purchase order number so I’m being told they can’t help me. Lousy customer service, will never purchase anything manufactured by them again. I’ve never dealt with a company that can’t figure out what you need from the model number….I gave 1 star because that’s the only way I could get to write my review, it should really be 0 stars…

Purchased a Brassex Executive office chair from Best Buy , the chair lift mechanism broke after a couple months. My weight is 150 lbs for reference.

It’s everything that a child requires.This is a perfect size furniture with rounded corners, a drawer to store stationary and books and the chair is very comfortable having perfect sized armrests. Very pleased with this product. Thank you Amit.

Ordered a bed through Costco. The legs that hold uo the mattress broke. Customer service will not return my call or provide replacement parts. They keep taking my Model down and tell me they will call back and never do. Will never purchase any of their furniture ever again

I am not sure how people got good customer service out of this company. I have been reaching out to their warranty claims department for a couple weeks until I had to call the head office to put me in touch with them because the service department does not have a public phone number. Then, I was told to wait until the end of the month because the replacement item I needed is not in stock and was told to follow up on Jan 22. I did follow up with them and no response again.. going to have to call the head office again. Horrible experience.. the bed is broken for two months now.

Bought a dining set through a third party. Received defected part. Replacement part sent was not new, used up and damaged. Pathetic!

My actual rating is 0. Not poor customer service, rather non-existent customer service. I never did recieve my order and a painful process to get it cancelled. There are lots of legit companies to chose from.....DON'T PURCHASE FROM BRASSEX!

Always been a pleasure working with this company! There seems to be a lot of direct consumers leaving reviews here, however, Brassex is not a retailer.

Absolutely the worst set of furniture I have purchased. $2500 for a 3 piece set...one the the metal bars in the chair that holds it together snapped from the frame and the company refused to do anything about it since it was past the ONE YEAR WARRANTY!!! What kind of company only offers a one year warranty on furniture that costs nearly 3 thousand dollars? The chair had never even been used and was just taken from the wrapping when I moved and had room for it. The set is two years old and the chair has never even been sat in.Customer service was even worse I called the manufacturer (Brassex) to find out what I could do about the damage and they told me they don't deal with customers only the companies who purchase from them.So basically I spend a lot of money on CHEAP, POORLY MADE furniture with little to no warranty on the STRUCTURE of the furniture.
