Urban Nail Spa

I’ve been coming here since I was 16 to get my nails done! They have always been accommodating schedule wise, they’ve never cut me or messed up my nails, everything has always been perfect. The staff are friendly, kind, and strike the perfect balance between giving you space to enjoy your service, and chatting with you so you’re not stuck in awkward silence. 10’s across the board from me!

Been having my acrylic nails and pedicures for as long as they've been open....i think almost 20 years. Super friendly, quick service and excellent quality. Our favorite place in all of Victoria.

I have always had great service at Urban Nail Spa. They are fast and my solar nails last for at least 3 weeks!

It appeared to us that the staff performing our pedicures were rushed as new appointments kept appearing and our time to get a thorough pedicure was reduced. For the cost and time dedicated to us we will return to other nail spa locations that are more committed to the customer experience and not rushing through as many vistas possible.

Great service every time! I get my nails filled every 2-3 weeks and frequent pedicures and every time they are done so nicely. Francis and Lynn are particularly great and always do an exceptional job. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I hand my nails done a week ago. The girl that did my nails did it a good good.My complaint is that a couple times she was rude. The nail salon is open till 6pm. She was finished at 5pm . I felt that they were trying to rush me out of the salon.The woman that attended me hardly spoke or understood English. I asked 3 times that I wanted glitter put on my nails snd she did not put it on. So never mind asking for anything else. I am not returning. Their attitude is not very good.Ni vayas al salón. Tuve un muy mal Experiencia.Casi no hablan inglés. Son medios rudos. Burlones.

Wow, I never write reviews, but I can't go without saying something about this. I used this salon in early May for a gel manicure and they filed my nails so thin that they were like paper when the gel was removed. So, I got another gel manicure thinking that it would help protect my nails while they grew out - but this time, eight of my nails have lifted within 24 hours of the service! Not sure why I've had such terrible service here, but they'll no longer be getting my business.

I would say that this is not a nail salon that I would recommend. I visited many years ago they first opened and it was a clean and modern space.Today while getting my nails done i noticed how tired and dirty everything was. The staff looks completely disinterested and bored. I didn't feel welcome, to say the least.My nails were not the shape I wanted, even though I showed up with the desired shape PLUS I pulled up a pic online as a reference.Now I'm stuck with nails i really dislike until my regular nail lady returns home from vacation.Best part of my experience here?...leaving.*EDITED to respond to the owner of the nail salon.Yes i was there at 12:30 pm on Monday February 13th. My nail tech is pregnant and was wearing a brown cable knit sweater with a high neck. While I was there 3 clients came in, 2 for manicures and 1 for a pedicure. The pedicure lady sat in the 2nd chair on the right hand side.I most certainly was there.
