Le Paysagiste has a highly professional team and delivers excellent value.We replaced an old deck with a new stone patio and stairs, along with grading/turf, and flower bed design.Emmanuelle was a delight to work with, knowledgeable and collaborative, responsive throughout. Etienne visited often during design and work phases to evaluate what was needed, discuss any concerns and survey progress.The team was extremely respectful, always left the site tidy, and kept open lines of communication to ensure that we were satisfied with each stage of the project. Took longer than prévu, but understandable given certain constraints this summer, and most times we were kept informed of delays.The team clearly took pride in their work and worked tirelessly and meticulously. The quality results speak for themselves.Given the scale of the project, we were very impressed that it was delivered on budget. Truly, as stress-free a renovation as can be hoped for. We would unreservedly recommend them, and certainly use them again.Bravo et merci!

Great concern for detail, impressive staff and equipment: this is a well-oiled machine that aims to make sure the work is high quality, done professionally, and entirely to your liking. Theirs are high standards, which is not something you see all that often.What we actually appreciated the most is how Étienne's concern and professionalism relieved us of much of the mental load. Usually, when large machinery is tearing up your yard, you tend to feel a certain stress, but with Étienne and his great crew (Emmanuelle, Benoit, Mélodie, and the rest) I never felt anxious. We felt confident and in good hands during the entire experience. We are very happy, and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great job from Etienne and team. They took a disaster of a front walk, designed it super nice, and then delivered on expectations. Guys were very nice and professional.

We paid over 5000$ CAD for 21 cedar trees 6’ (see pictures). On the day of planting the trees were not good looking, the company assured us they would improve. 4 weeks later the trees were all dead. Company refuses to reimburse us and says the trees will improve. See trees all dead 1 year after plantation (see pictures). Been emailing and calling the company for 1 year they promise me to pay me back or plant and never show up or pay us.

They were professional from start to finish, well coordinated, pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and courteous. They were also quick on their feet when things didn’t as planned. Would hire again.

We used Le Paysagiste 2 years ago. The work performed in our front yard started falling apart after the 1st year. The pavi uni that was installed on the steps started coming off. The cement around the steps and balcony came apart. Etienne fixed it in the 1st year but the same problem reoccurs year after year. Part of the issue here is the material and design that was incorrectly done.I am very disappointed in the work and will have to spend money to find someone to fix the issues. I really do not recommend this company to anyone. The work was slow and they seemed to use young inexperienced people.Tina Faruolo

Supposed to be done in 1 month. After 1 year and a half still Unfinished job. We ended up firing them and taking the case to court. The management calls whenever they feel like it. They do not care about customer service or keeping their word. All the items they sell you are overpriced and in every step they will try to charge you extra. The contract We had with them included many types or work and they failed delivering quality in each aspect of the work. We had to hire another company to correct their poor work quality. In few words : unreliable, disrespectful and overpriced. Stay away !

We updated our backyard landscaping last year and had a great experience with Le Paysagiste! Etienne gave us the option to reuse our existing patio stones, which was important to us to reduce unnecessary waste, and gave helpful advice on additional stones to complement the existing look. Any time questions came up, Etienne was quick to arrive in person to sort out the details, and the employees were easy to deal with as well. I would definitely recommend them!
