Kernels Popcorn

The worst possible experience when working with this location for a fundraiser. We submitted our order over a month before we needed to have it completed and the communication completely fell apart. Calls and emails went unreturned. Employees at the kiosk had no way of getting the information from the owner/manager in order to better inform us. Our pickup time was rescheduled 4 times with countless excuses and when we finally went to pick up, there was not a single bag ready for us, with little to no apology or steps to make it right. In fact, that was 3 weeks ago and we were told that we would be contacted when it was ready and we have yet to hear a word.Luckily, we were recommended to another location from head office as this isn't out of character for Conestoga and were much happier with our experience at Erin Mills. Avoid yourself the stress and time it takes to deal with Conestoga and go to one of their other locations!

They smash the popcorn to pieces to close the bag even when you ask them not to overpack it. I understand wanting to give people their money’s worth but come on folks.. this is popcorn we’re talking about. Please stop it! No one wants to eat crumbs.

Terrible Experience for Fundraising order. Over 4 weeks process to get nothing accomplished, communication was many empty promises, and under pressure was unable to meet the demand. Took long time to get an invoice. Long response times with minimal updates is generous. Will not support or recommend a fundraiser, at least for this location. Hopefully gets back under control.

Popcorn was soggy and didn’t taste fresh. I told the girls as soon as I opened the package. They refused to acknowledge or do anything about it.

My son likes to go there when we are at the mall so we usually get a few bags. Generally very good popcorn and the service is good.

We used a discount coupon and there was a pricing mistake during the transaction which we missed. The gentleman working there actually ran after us, apologized and made it right. He even gave us another coupon. Impressive customer service!

Today around 3:50pm (Tuesday, Sept., 6th) I experienced above average customer service from a young man with dark brown, curly hair at the Conestoga Mall Location. He was professional, friendly, genuine and was great at his job!!It's people like this young man, who provides the atmosphere which draws people back! I don't know your name, but I definitely appreciate you! Thank you!!

Horrible experience. I approached the counter at 7:15pm (with the mall open until 8pm). I was told by the young lady working that she could not serve me, that she was leaving in 15 min. and that she had to pee. I didn't even know what to say to that. I just said, So
