Anywhere is still far from someone. I think this is the perfect spot when it comes to spreading future development. My only concern is that the roads are single lane which might need to be changed to double lane for faster moment of emergency vehicles are normal traffic.

I agree with the previous comment. Much too far for anyone with a serious emergency that isn’t riding in the back of an ambulance. And what about all the people that don’t drive?

Far from the core of the city! If Windsor didn’t build out but up, maybe there’d be room somewhere more reasonable.
