Knitting Time

This is my go to place when I am in lethbridge. The ladies here are always so amazing and welcoming. They have a good variety of products and if you need help they go the extra mile. Love this store. Thank you ladies.

This place is beautiful!! And amazing staff to help you out. I brought in a pattern, and they helped me find coordinating colors and the right yarn cause I picked the wrong weight the first time... love this place and I will be back!!!

I love coming in here. They have high-quality yarns and knitting supplies for fair prices and the staff is super knowledgeable. They are always able to answer my silly questions and get me pointed in the right direction. They have a huge selection of books too. They also have embroidery, spinning, and weaving supplies.

Very friendly staff and a wonderful place to visit. Lots of talent. I will definitely be back.

Very cute store jam packed with crafting goodies and friendly people! This is the only place I've found in town that sells supplies for hand spinning and the woman working invited me to check out their clubs. I only wish they stayed open a bit later.

I found this shop by happy accident when traveling through Lethbridge. I actually bought a beautiful finished knit cardigan which I love to wear. The shop owner was super friendly and helpful!

I was asked to use their sanitizer from a lady not wearing a mask. I asked if I could use my own which I brought out from my pocket showing its proper label. I said I had sensative skin and didn’t want to use theirs. She told me I had to use theirs. How does that safety policy line up.. you don’t wear a mask but force others to use your sanitizer over their own? I said I wouldn’t shop there if I was forced to use theirs so she showed me the door. I wanted to support small business local over the big stores but this incident left a very bitter taste. Where is your common sense?

I wish I had found this place sooner! Great selection of wool and tools for needle felting among many other.

I bought some needles and they are deffective, they originally said they could replace them but its been 2 months and nothing. They offer no information and seem annoyed that i ask.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Found it pricey but didn't mind too much considering it's a local small business. I initially found the young lady helpful but she recommended the wrong size circular needle. When I returned I was not allowed to exchange it for the next larger circumference, despite the fact that the 2 tools were the same price and I had returned in a few days. Both the sales clerk and the owner flat out refused to allow an exchange. No logical reason; they just don't allow it. The fact that the employer recommended the tool made no difference to them. I strongly urge all viewers to not patronize this store with your business. They do not deserve it.
