The manager lied about the having checked the serial number of my car and my specs to overcharge for parts and labor. When I confronted him about it, he started swearing at and got aggressive. I wouldn't trust this place with something as simple as an oil change, ever again.

Amazing customer service, trustworthy and they get proper work done. Been going here for a few years and I've never had an issue. If you are tired of dealing with shady garages, I highly recommend this Mr Muffler location.

It was my first visit at a Monsieur Muffler and it was very disappointing. I went in for a light vibration when I brake which is a very easy fix, discs and pads. The employee behind the counter refused to let me use the restroom, then tried to see if I would be a gullible airhead who would let him empty my bank account by telling me that he wasn’t sure what the problem was but we would “start” by changing the front discs and pads for approx. $600 + tax but that it could be more. I politely declined, paid his $40 inspection fee and returned to my regular mechanic who completely fixed the problem in an hour and for half the price without suggesting anything more.

My regular oil change pit stop... Appointments are always accomodated to my schedule and service is fast and courteous. And just around the corner from my house.

Very nice people, gave me a quote and diagnostics of my transmission problem for free.
