Resurrection Catholic Cemetery

With the passing of my wife, we had a very good experience arranging for interment here. Very compassionate and not pushy at all.

my mother is there and the writing on her nitch has wore off , it will cost 275 to have it redone and that would be every 2 years , i think that is disgusting for a bit of paint

Worst hours ever! come on, open the gates, the place is directly across from a police station, nothings guna happen

Why on earth are they closed Sundays? And why are they closed at 430? How the hell can I see my father.

Closed on a Sunday? Seriously?

I ordered my dad's stone for interment back in July, it's now mid Oct, I have called several times for an update and keep getting told someone will call you back.....and they NEVER do. This is totally unacceptable!!! Familes need closure to finally bury their loved ones.

June 19,2020..Very disappointed, cemetery close, drove 70 km from Toronto on hot day to be there for Fathers Day, and kiss'the gate. The manager was not helpful at all. She stood firm by covid restriction . **Restriction on cemetery...really ..?? SO RIDICULOUS..SO RIDICULOUS !!"

I made an appointment to speak to someone at Resurrection Cemetery. I spent an hour going over details and trying to make arrangements to pre pay. My family has several plot and has been dealing with the Cemetery for many years. I advised that I needed information sent to me with details inorder to make payment. I had received nothing several weeks passed. I contacted the Cemetery only to be told I would receive the information and still have not. I'm very disappointed, considering this is a very different matter to deal with. Still waiting for a response.

Why does security lock gates 45-60 mins prior to closing the grounds? We drove 300km to see my family member only to have security say I wasn’t allowed- security closed the ground early & barred us from seeing family.Cruel, heartless & unchristlike behaviour that unfortunately has happened too many times over these past 4 years or so. how painful & disrespectful to have security determine they may close the grounds when they see fit- they intimidate & yell from their car! My loved ones didn’t pay this much to be here only to be denied prays & visits from family. I shouldn’t be turned away & told I’m not allowed to see them & pray with them as grounds close earlier than posted everyday- this is unacceptable & sinful in nature!!Grounds are wonderful when they allow you to see them. Shameful that this cemetery denies access to loved ones consistently. This issue has been on going for years not just recently. Being barred from praying with loved one as security wants to go home early is unacceptable- reviewing 3 days of camera footage is grossly unacceptable & horribly short sighted with this ongoing issue. It has been report to G4S in 2020 & to the archdiocese in 2019 & is still being brushed off like it’s not a significant concern
