Howard’s Pawn Shop
Went recently to look at products inside and possibly sell an item to this store. The staff were very rude not only to me but other customers as well. Their offers on stuff to buy are some of the lowest in Ottawa and the stuff they sell is overpriced. Considering without people selling their stuff to the store, they don't have a business. So maybe be more curtious and welcoming next time.

I bought 2 fragile disney items from this shop. They were shipped from Ottawa to Montreal intact. The packaging and bubble wrap were wrapped above and beyond ensuring they didn't break. Easy transaction and friendly costumer service. Looking forward to visiting the shop in person someday. Thanks guys and God bless

In the end I've come to the conclusion this place Is a retail store in every way other then the name, with a business style of buying at 25% of the market price no budging and then selling for 50-75% quite a place to get scammed, just sell your stuff online. 0 stars

I can not say enough about the people who own and operate this shop. They stand by the items they sell and are genuinely interested not only in todays sale but return sales because you know they stand by the products they sell. If you are interested in saving money and having the peace of mind of being treated as a part of the business team, this is the place to shop.

I want to state that I had a pleasant surprise in this pawn shop, the staff is amicable and easy to approach. My main gripe in this place is that I visited with the purpose of buying videogames, and it was a mixed bag. Prices on most notable games are so close if not higher than Ebay listings, with games missing manuals/components often not described in the sticker price, and in the glass case, gameboy/ds games at that same going rate of Ebay. I wouldn't recommend coming here with the sole purpose of game hunting, its simply not worth the travel when you can just pay a similar if not better price at Ebay, and have the games delivered to your home (as well as 30 day warranty in most cases), I'll attach pictures of the more notable games
