Amazing customer service! I ordered a cap which was different from the website and from what I received, and not only did they issue a full refund they also allowed me to keep the cap. What an excellent experience for getting my sons first pair of ice skates. The amazing staff took their time to fit his skates and offer their expert advise. Well worth the drive out from Vancouver to visit this location. Price and service can not be beat. Customer for life!

I recently ordered a pro set of goalie pads from Bauer. Initially I was looking at Vaughn but the wait times and cost turned me away. Cam helped me through every step. I’m very outdated as I’ve been out of the net for many years. I’m incredibly particular and can be very indecisive. Cam was patient, knowledgeable and just generally awesome to deal with. He really truly cares, and takes the time to make sure what you’re ordering will be right for you. He even noticed that I mixed up on one colour of my order and emailed me about it to make sure it was a mistake and not something I wanted. Just an awesome experience and could not recommend more than them. This will be my only store from now on, and I’m in Ontario.

Had an order issue with some new NHL jerseys, spoke with Chad (owner) about it. He made everything right and was great to deal with! The new Langley location/store is phenomenal! This literally is “the hockey shop” of hockey shops…

Buying my grandson his first pair of skates today and we were helped by Andrew.....he was simply amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, didn't rush anything and wanted to make sure all was well while working within my budget. I so appreciated his expertise and wonderful customer service. The best place to go buy new gear. The people take extra care of you as they help you pick just the right skates and gear. Most people working here are good hockey players themselves. My only issue with them is that in the last 3 months I have spend $800 on sticks. Bought my son a Bauer Nexus which broke in about 3 months from purchase. Not under warranty anymore so I had to pay for a new stick again. Got him a CCM Tacks which broke 1 week after he got it. My kid is not a tyrant that hits his sticks on the ice of even plays with them on cement etc. Took the CCM back, got the warranty exchange, but I was told that if this one breaks there is no warranty on it. So they can sell me another defective stick and if it breaks, its simply my problem. I get it....some people abuse the sticks and we cannot expect the Shop to keep replacing them, but my kid did not abuse either of those sticks. Lets hope this one lasts at least the playoffs...

Edit:Cleared up the issue within a day for me - appreciate y’all and thank you so much!My go-to hockey shop with top notch employees - bought skates (100k pros) for 15% off about 2.5 weeks ago and now they are 20% off but was not able to receive the difference. Full disclosure, baked them and skated twice in them but still very disappointing

Micah was excellent in helping us choose a proper fitting helmet and cage for my son. We've been to other stores where we start getting ushered out 30min before closing. Micah insisted on taking the time to find the right fit even though we ended up being there late. Great service!!

The guys at the hockey shop did everything in their power to get my daughter's new goalie gear to us before her tournament. Every employee I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable, had amazing customer service, and went out of their way to ask what I was looking for and offered the best priced options. I will be ordering both our daughters gear from them from now on. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks guys!!
