We had Mop Monkeys clean our windows on the recommendation of our neighbours and upon seeing that they also clean sidings I inquired as to the price and was so pleased that Ali was able to accommodate us at the same time even though we had only scheduled an outside window cleaning. Truly he was very kind and thorough and we thought we got extremely good value for money. We live in a location where quite a bit of construction has taken place so over time the windows, screens, sidings had gotten quite dusty. The gentleman at Mop Monkeys did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and prepping our home for the winter. Our gutters and water spouts were completely clogged with leaves and dirt, but he was able to clear it all out and make our windows crystal clear. Mop Monkeys came by on short notice to clean the windows of my house after they were dirtied by ongoing construction on my street for the last two weeks. They paid attention to detail, making sure all areas were cleaned, including the gutters. He also even cleaned the siding of the house that faced most of the construction, which we didn't even discuss, but he noticed it and cleaned it anyways. Not only was he on time, but he also fit me in near last minute as I had to leave on a business trip and wanted everything done before I had left. He was great with my dogs, too, who are easily excited and they loved him. Thanks again to Ali & Mop Monkeys, for going over and above from the first moment we got into contact.
