Don't go for the butter tarts! I can't speak for the other items available but the butter tarts were horrible. Crust is thick and tasteless and filling tastes like simple syrup and is so thin that is just runs out of the tart. We bought 6 and threw out 5 and a half.

We have tried just about everything at Humble Pie Tart Factory and love everything. My husband and I can’t get enough of the their steak and mushroom pie and now their Shepard’s pie. Scones, pies, butter tarts, always fresh and delicious right of the oven! We look forward all week to buy our fresh baked treats for the weekend. A real gem in Baysville!

I am up here working from the GTA and have tried these tarts all over southern ontario. I have to say their portuguese tarts are the best I've ever had BY FAR!!!! I will definitely be returning and trying some of the other baked goods!

I love every single baked good from Humble Pie!! It's hard to pick a favourite! If I had to pick my top three, they would be the buttertarts, pies and pizzas! There's so much variety.The staff?? AMAZING!!! I have so many good things to say, I just don't know where to start! They are always smiling and friendly when Ive gone to the bakery!I definitely recommend that you visit The Humble Pie bakery if you are ever driving through Bayville!

The Portuguese custard tarts are the best! I love having this bakery close by when I need to pick up dessert for visitors. It never disappoints. I also love that they support local charities.

Drove 25 mins to grab some fresh butter tarts from a “factory”The woman was pretty rude, and immensely unhelpful. There wasn’t any butter tarts displayed. After asking what they had, we chose the regular tarts. Turns out they’re $3 a tart, for a plain tart with a teaspoon of filling.The crust is decent. Also turns out they used some sort of sugar alternative. There was no mention of this, or ingredients on the package. I couldn’t even eat most of them, since I’m super sensitive to some sugar alts.Super disappointed. Go to the grocery store and be so much happier.

Have been to the shop many times. The butter tarts are so ooey and gooey. LOVE THEM!. The Cheese bread is the absolute best I have ever had. Keep up the good work Michelle and thanks for keeping open throughout the mayhem of this pandemic.

A little gem of a bakery in Baysville, Ontario. They are my go to place for butter tarts, sticky buns, pies and fresh baked bread. Their rosemary focaccia is fantastic. Actually, everything I have ever bought there is top notch. Very friendly service. All-in-all, a fantastic bakery minutes from our cottage.
