This house is spectacular. Attention to detail is not missed. The only problem is the hillside backyards. You charge ppl $740,000 + and no backyard that usable. It's a shame

Second home purchased and it was night and day. The lack of detail of the tradesmen work was horrible. Almost 90 faults in total.Missing paintScratched windows3 cracks in tubHole in floorMissing trimPainted house wrong colourEtc.......Was an eye opener. Obviously the site supervisor did not verify the quality of the work. Shame I was happy with my first home.If you purchase a Rembrandt home keep on top of things.

Their homes look decent, but that is the outside view until you actually own one. Very poor quality control, warranty its good only on the paper. The air-condition stopped working after 4 months we moved in, 3 months later, we are still waiting. This was a bad move.
