Dr. Diane Trevis and Associates

I just have to say very disappointing.Came here for reoccuring eye problems, was told if the conditions were still present on the third visit (after they charged my $100 for my second visit since it wasn't covered) that I would be referred to the eye specialist to get my problem sorted out.Dr. Carmichael's words were I will just go ahead and refer you if the problem is the same on the next visit".Now the doctor is leaving the practice this week and my referral has gone completely out the window. I've heard multiple excuses why my referral can not be done and now I've waisted time (over two months) and money I didn't have to spend trying to resolve my eye problems. I highly recommend you find a different optimist in the area

My experience here wasn't great, I would avoid.Went in for a eye exam to get a new prescription for glasses. First problem is that they charged $180 for a standard eye test, not the fancy one at all, while everyone else charges only $95. Had the glasses made at Costco. When the new glasses came in they were very blurry, a lot of distortion at the sides... basically unusable. Costco remade the glasses thinking something was wrong...same problem once the new ones came in. Went back here and had a retest done as surely something went wrong during the test or something was written down incorrectly...nope, was told the prescription was good and valid. In the end I had to go to a different eye doctor for a new prescription, that doctor showed all of the errors that were made on the prescription, and now finally after two months I have a good prescription again.1/10 do not recommend.

What an eye opening experience! Never in my life did I think having an eye exam would be so fun, and educational! Thank you!

Can say enough good things about Dr Trevis. The staff are kind and helpful and I feel the eye exam is the best in town.

I came to peterborough for school and had a lot of worries finding my own optometrist, and all the staff here (especially Dr. Lauren and Amanda) make me really glad I chose Dr. Trevis and Associates! They are very kind, helpful, and accommodating

Always a lovely experience. Dr. Trevis is consistently efficient and competent. The support staff, especially Jill at the front desk, are always patient, honest and helpful when I ask them a million questions.

I tried to make an appointment today with my eye Dr because I'm having some serious eye issues and the receptionist refused. She said that Dr.Trevis is on a 'work to rule' schedule. She's taking less patients to prove a point to some higher faction. When I explained that I was having a serious issue, the receptionist was polite but again refused and said go to Emergency at the hospital. That's some hippocratic oath she took!!!! Great work looking after your patients.

Dr. Trevis has been working with our clients for a while now and her level of customer service has been so excellent.
