Aaron did my Mom's roof end of March/18. One of his workers demanded cash from her and was very intimidating (so much for don't pay til 100% satisfied). His workers left tons of nails all over the property, to which Aaron had said he would clean up with magnetic broom, never happened!!! My Mom had to hire someone to do that!The shingles took months to lay flat, and many have not. We both contacted Aaron repeatedly, left tons of messages, he promised to come by as we were not at all satisfied and he did NOT show up, not even once! He does not back his work. So much for his 'guarantee'. Be careful of this guy folks.

I would like to add a few comments to my daughter's (Jennifer Bourbeau) review of Aaron Knowles. It was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. We expected Aaron to repair the leaks in our attic where the rain poured in on us while we were sleeping in our beds because the roof wasn't tarped properly. Aaron refused to get someone to come in to do these repairs so we refused to pay Aaron until the water damage was repaired. Aaron walked off the job leaving us to fend for ourselves. We had to get another roofing company to come in and finish the job. It's been a week now and we finally have our new roof complete. We have also found out that Aaron is starting up another roofing company named Majestic Roofing" so I would like everyone to be aware of this and would advise against hiring this man."

I guess I won’t be hiring this guy to do any work for us!! And by the response of the “owner” of this business here to some comments, you can tell the character of this person!! So no thank you!!! LolSeriously, this is the best way to put a review out there!! We’ve already been scammed once we moved to this area by a “self proclaimed” contractor who didn’t even have a tape measure on them and showed up with a Burberry scarf in a Mercedes benz sedan!So, thanks to whoever this is!!Scammers beware, you can’t just get away that easy!

Aaron Knowles came out to my parents place in Wasaga in spring of 2018. They are in their 80's. Low quote and they would do the work in the summer. Many calls later they final drop materials on driveway in September. They didn't do the work until Mid Decemeber 2018. Really cold. Tells my mother muliple times that it's just fine to be the roof on in December! They charged an extra $2000 and as soon as they got paid they never came back to finish the job. Immediately.Left nails in the driveway and on the decks and around the house. It snowed eventually and Aaron said they would be back to clean up when the snow melts. It's June.....nothing. January part of the roof blows off and Aaron says call your insurance company!?!?!. He then wouldn't return any calls or emails. So I get involved....He tried to intimated me like he did with my parents but wasn't very successful. Ultimately he has never kept one promise and has lied to me about getting the work done at least a dozen times. Now we take him to court, it's a very easy and cost effective way to nail this Con man.Do not trust this guy or his company. You can find many similar reviews on other sites going back 5 years. If you have had a similar experience please let me know and I'll give you a hand. I'm going to make sure that this guy is finished up in Wasaga/Collingwood area.Protect yourself and your loved ones and stay clear of this companyIt won't let you rate ZERO so the one star does not apply

Horrible experience! Aaron took advantage of my elderly parents, took their money before half the job was completed and then asked for more. He left the roof unprotected overnight resulting in several leaks inside the house and damage in the attic. He refused to take responsibility for his errors and left the job unfinished saying my parents broke the contract. This man is out to get the vulnerable and breaks all the promises he makes . Needless to say my parents are out of money and had to pay someone else for more shingles and to finish the roof as well as repairs to the damage in the attic and house from the leaks. Let's make sure they are his last victim! In addition, we found out he did not pay his workers for the last 2 jobs they did!
