We had planned our wedding for 2020, but before the celebrations could commence we became victims to the covid pandemic. You can imagine how everything was flipped outside down and how much more unmanageable things could be. The set back and disappointment was enough for us to call it quits. Thankfully we had found Gina before all the pandemic issues transpired and Gina proved to be worth her weight in gold. Without Gina we would not have been able to still plan and navigate the intricacies of such an important day in our lives. Coordinating vendors and venue would have been such a headache on top of continuing with our daily lives also to mention we live in a different country and planning a wedding in Canada. Gina was so flexible and held our hands throughout the whole process and we finally made our dream wedding come to life in 2022! There are just too many curve balls and distractions that get in the way for a couple to manage on their own. There is no reason to look any further, Gina is a must to help you achieve your event planning goals. She adds a wealth of experience and organization, and is just so pleasant to work with throughout the whole time. Knowing Gina was onboard took away all the stress, and we couldn’t have had such a beautiful wedding without her being an instrumental part of it. Theres an infinite list on how Gina helped us and we can’t thank her enough. Even though it was an arduous task planning a wedding, we will miss it because of Gina. Getting to work with Gina was one of the best parts of our wedding planning process. She is extremely attentive and patient, and on more than one occasion, she knew what we wanted before we were even aware we wanted it. Always calm in any situation, she is definitely the person you want guiding you through what would otherwise be a pretty stressful and anxious adventure.

I can’t say enough good things about Gina. She is kind, sweet, professional, detail-oriented, and takes pride in her job. From the moment she took over (about six weeks prior to the wedding), she was communicative and stayed on top of all the little details. She consistently eased my anxiety, and never lost her patience with me when I stepped on her toes. Hiring her was the best decision and best investment I made for my wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly, was the point-person for all my vendors, and triple-checked that everything was in order and looked good. On top of all that, she almost felt like a guest! Not only did she blend right in during the day, but she was also so friendly to everyone there! People raved about her throughout the day, that’s how kind and sociable she was, all while doing her job! If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator, Gina is the way to go!

Gina is the planner of our dreams! She is incredibly communicative, organized and fun. We loved using the detailed lists on her website, and she was amazing at keeping us on track with tasks. She was up to any challenge – we were one of many that had to reschedule their weddings, and she took it all in stride and made it easy. She took our ideas and made them reality, and had really amazing suggestions that made the wedding feel even more like us. On the day of our wedding we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and our guests, knowing that everything was in place and taken care of. We got so many compliments on different parts of our wedding, and I know that was in large part due to Gina's incredible planning prowess. Gina Humilde was the best decision my husband Daniel and I ever made for our wedding. From the moment we met Gina we knew we were in the best hands!Gina is an event-planning professional that is friendly, knowledgeable and creative. From day one, Gina took the time to get to know us as a couple, along with our vision for our day. From there, Gina took our many ideas and meticulously created a design plan that represented our esthetic perfectly and also provided vendor recommendations based on her previous experience. With Gina’s support, our wedding was transformed into a day that was beyond our wildest dreams. Many of our guests commented how everything just seemed ‘so us’ and I think this is the perfect complement…one that couldn’t have been achieved without Gina.An important aspect to highlight about our planning process was the fact that we planned our wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to reschedule our wedding three times. That said, with Gina by our side we were able to work through the endless changes and unknowns. Gina did not hesitate to handle all communication with our vendors and luckily we were able to maintain our same vendors every time we changed dates. Gina was always so supportive by helping to make recommendations, manage changes or be our virtual friend to lean on.Leading up to our wedding and on the day, our friends and family kept commenting how calm my husband and I seemed. Looking back, we feel a lot of this is due to the fact we had Gina! We were just able to enjoy and live in the moment knowing Gina had everything under control. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it was honestly better than anything we ever could have imagined. After such a long wait it was so amazing to spend the whole day laughing, smiling, dancing and celebrating our marriage! Gina was our wedding planner throughout the entire duration of planning our wedding and we couldn't have done it without her!
